Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Juan is professional and knowledgeable. They came out several times, but never gave up on identifying, and fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company.

One of my kids dropped a pencil in our toilet causing a clog. I called ACE at 9 am and by 3 pm everything was fixed. When does same day service happen like that anymore? Very nice staff, responsive and affordable. Would call them again without hesitation.

I spoke with Shelby regarding an appointment confusion with my warranty provider and she became very Belligerent. She also contacted my warranty company and lied telling them I needed sooner service. I confronted her and she told me she was doing me a favor. If Shelby is representation of this company, I don’t recommend this company!!

Daniel was just here. He was very informative. I like when plumbers come over and you able to ask questions to do-it-yourself or have preventative measures in case of over the weekend plumbing issues. Thank you Daniel!

The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership. Thank you Metro Rooter and especially Joe. You run a customer service oriented and honest business.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

We recently had our floors done with Empire and they forgot to put the wax seal back on when they removed the toilet. This left a horrible order seeping out. They also didn't set the toilet right, which left it wobbly. Kevin was the person in charge and was polite and courtesy. Communication was great! They were respectful and fast. Deffenitly will use again, but fingers cross that we won't.

The Plumbing Service (Brent) came out the same day to assess the situation, when other Plumbing companies could not figure it out, Brent was able to diagnose the problem quickly and fix the issue at a reasonable price. I am amazed at a wonderful job he did! He was very professional by explaining it every step of the way, gave me tips to prevent the issue in the future, and was very reliable. I would recommend this company!

Their representative came out and gave us a quote for a job. Then the office called to schedule and we were told something else. I don't recommend using them, can't trust them.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Chris came out on a Saturday at 3:45 and pulled our toilet and then cleared the line. He also cleared our AC drain line that was clogged. Did a great job and was neat and orderly. Straight forward and very fair. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.
