The AC went out on a Sunday, wasn’t sure anyone could come but only an hour or so I was so happy to get a call that he was on his way. Very knowledgeable and well mannered young man did the repair quickly!

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

John at AAA was great. He found the problem quickly, had the needed part with him, and provided useful advice.

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

They were on time the younger guy was good at what he did however the other guy was just like we can’t do anything unless we get paid I didn’t like his attitude at all he is just like American Home War. They lie ,the people can’t speak English well they don’t understand you so you don’t get what you ask for I will never use them again

Used multiple times and every time they were very prompt and professional. Fully explained what they were going to do and pricing.

They forgot to come in the time that they said. When we called they said they forgot. Supposed to be 9 to 11. And they didn’t get here until 215. Offered five dollar discount for it. When we called his boss to find out if he could do more he said rudely if you don’t like it pay him and don’t call us again.

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

Brent is definitely the most personable plumber I have come across. He took the time to explain everything well and I will definitely use and recommend him in the future.

Accurate Leak and Line provided a quote that was less than other companies. Their quote was half of the price of one of the other quotes that I received. They were prompt and finished the job in a professional manner. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line!

Excellent customer service

Daryl and Alex did an excellent job installing our quartz sink, faucet, and garbage disposal on May 15, 2019. Their work and clean up took only 2 hours and 15 minutes and the cost is very reasonable. We are very satisfied customers.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

This company is a little to somewhat more expensive, but they have done quality work for us over the years, they know what they are doing, they come out when they say they will, and it's always in a short period of time.
