Very professional. Came out and replaced water heater. Also suggested and installed safety valves to use that were not present on my water heater’s in the attic.

I was not actually a customer of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing but I give them a 10 plus! One of their employees actually rescued me from an angry, antagonistic driver. The driver that I did not know kept circling my car, braking sharply in front of me and almost caused an accident. He kept yelling and trying to get me to pull into empty parking lots. I was very afraid. It was on January street near hwy 360. The Ben Franklin man intervened, got the man to pull into a parking lot and allowed me to escape. I pray that your employee was not harmed and I commend him for his valor! Thank you so much!

We had a bathroom shower faucet that decided to break and keep flowing water. When I shut off the water to the entire house, the shutoff valve did not fully close. We were referred to Brad by one of our neighbors. When I called him, he immediately picked up, told me when he was able to come to the house, kept informed of his schedule via text and arrived as promised.
