BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!!! I called them for the emergency repair of a leaking toilet at my office and they WANTED TO CHARGE ME $750.00 to install a simple wax ring and to replace the flush valve on one commode. I hired another plumber who charged $283.00 for the same work. Master Plumbing ended up grossly overcharging me $243.56 just to come out and turn off the water valve!!! THIS COMPANY WILL ROB YOU LIKE A THIEF IN THE NIGHT. HIRE THEM AT YOUR OWN RISK. THEY ARE CROOKS WHO WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY PLUMBING ISSUE.

Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is an honest and ethical company. I hired 6 plumbers within one year. Lasiter was the only plumber who correctly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. Lasiter is polite, fair and kind. I am now going to call them for any and all future plumbing issues. I trust them.

I called KM in a panic, referred by our neighbors! Hot water turnoff under the sink would not turn off! We got water turned off at the street & called. They didn’t have anyone available, but dispatcher asked if she could try & call me back. She did, nicest plumber came out & fixed not only my faucet, but the turnoff !! Yay! Water!THANKS! We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
