Had a new Kitchen Faucet Replaced on 12/08/2016, I am a satisfied customer. Chaz was polite and very professional. He did a great job and left the work area looking very clean. This kind of service is almost unheard of, I will call Lasister & Lasiter for all my plumbing needs.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

We got a major water leak, which flooded a part of the front yard and called ABC Plumbing—Alex and Chris were here within an hour (on a Sunday). They diagnosed the problem and replaced a broken valve right away; even helped me repair another valve seal on the side of the house! Outstanding service and turnaround time—I wouldn’t use any other companies over this one.

Junior - the tech that came out was very informative but diagnosed the wrong repair estimating my cost for a full build @ $6k. Called a second plumber and repair came out to $300. Always get a second opinion!!

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

With an emergency under-sink leak in my kitchen earlier this week, I went down the list of Arlington-area plumbers on Google, calling each one, and being turned down by each for same-day service. Then I reached Best Value Plumbing and Master Plumber John Thatcher. John, who was already busy with other jobs, MADE time to come out and take care of my problem. He has been out twice now, even fixing a couple of problems he didn't even charge me for. He has been totally accommodating to my schedule, and he did the required faucet replacement in a timely, thorough, professional manner - and at a reasonable price.

John is a dependable, no-nonsense, get-the-job-done-right professional who takes and returns phone calls, and who shows up when he says he's going to and does what he says he's going to do. Those traits are hard to find in contractors of any kind these days.

Well we accidentally lost a Hot Wheels car to the main shower drain and began backing up... Needless to say another company came out the day before and flat out said no can do and that we would need to bust up the shower slab up to retrieve the car and would need a full concrete slab repair. Well at a cost close to $5k... I decided to call Nikki's for a second opinion and they sent someone out this morning in less than 30 minutes. Car retrieved and water is flowing smoothly!! Please call this company for assistance. Nikki's not only saved us thousands of dollars and weeks of headaches, they were really kind, fast and efficient. I also had them replace an outside hose bibb the same day as well.
