Great response and great repair. Almost everything went as expected.

I was disappointed that the plumber didn't perform a quality check when he completed his work. I returned home from the hospital to no water turned on in the house. The water was turned on at the street, but not at the house cut-off point. Not only was that inconvenient at 9P.M. at night and not feeling well I had to turn the water on and flush out the mud at the outside hydrant. The plumber should have tested his work. If he had I would have returned home to a home with clean running water.

You can see the water cut-off valve is only six feet from the repair.

The repair hole is still open because I requested that the plumber not fill it in so that I may use sand instead of the rocks that came out.

A side note: I opened the hole and will fill it back in which saved the plumbers time and effort. I still paid the same price as if i hadn't performed the hard work.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

I got Chase's company card when I went to a plumbing supply house near me. I told the clerk that I was trying to look at a fixture that would work in my shower conversion. In talking to him I mentioned that the bids so far were discouraging. He said that I should give Mc G Krush a call, so I did. He answered my call quickly and I got a quote that was very reasonable. Yesterday he and his apprentice (shout out to Roger) were actually early for my job, did exactly what they said they could do and in a timely manor. I was encouraged to watch and discouraged from trying to clean or move anything. They did it all. These guys get what service means...I highly recommend them!

I was referred to Big Beard plumbing and I promise I will never use another plumbing company again! The guys were amazing!! I had water leaking from a busted pipe. They came out immediately to locate the leak and stop it from causing any damage. Then returned early the next day to repair it. I’m so thankful for the referral. Honest pricing, quick and efficient. The tech called me when he was on his way then showed​ up at the appointment, on time and did a great Job assisting me with my issue. I will call them and again if needed for sure.

The technician cleaned out the clogged drain fast and efficiently but I felt we were overcharged. We ordered a plumber via telephone on the morning of 10/29/2018 and we were given a time frame of between 2-5, to expect a technician. The technician did not show up until 7:29pm and then I believe he charged us an after hour surcharge even though it was not reflected on our receipt. I telephoned today and at first was told that we had been charged a $50.00 after hours service fee, but then the employee denied it. We should not be charged for after hours service due to Roto Rooters delay in their arrival time. This was not an urgent need as the drain clog was in a spare bathroom. Either way, $240.00 for less than an hours work was very pricey. We did get credit for a $50.00 off online coupon which brought the total to $190.00. Bottom line: the work was satisfactory, the price was not. I would recommend your children become plumbers as it must be a well paid profession.

We have had Ben Franklin Plumbing at our home for multiple services. We purchased our home a few years ago and the prior owners neglected the maintenance. When we were having the property inspected, they came and did a pressure test and checked the main line with a camera, which are services that are not offered with any real estate inspection. The tech found an issue with one of the toilets, which ended up being a broken flange. This saved us a substantial amount of money! My wife is a facilities coordinator for a large operation by the airport for an international company, so she's extremely familiar in dealing with contractors. We both give Ben Franklin a 5+ rating! They also have an air conditioning company called Minuteman Heating and Air owned by the same family and when our old unit gave out we used them to place a new Lennox heat pump system in, and we are very pleased with our new found comfort and our much lower electric bills!

Repeat customer. He is always professional, knowledgeable, honest, and does quality work quickly. Over the years he has fixed several issues at our house and each repair has lasted for years. All quality work that lasts.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
