Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Very professional and honest company. Craig did a wonderful job explaining the problem and the work that needed to be done to solve the problem. He was kind and patient with my boys (3 and 7). He answered their questions and let him learn about what he was doing and why he was doing it. They LOVED him, and now want to be plumbers themselves when they grow up! :)

Don Lily came out. I have used him a few times before. I think he is the best in my opinion. He knew exactly what to do. He is very professional. He had an apprentice with him. I’ve used Doug and his crews on many occasion over the last 10 years. Not once did they not show up when they said they would, and have always been professional and very knowledgeable about everything plumbing.
From the smallest remodel, to large very difficult ones, they always came through.
And when people call me asking for a plumber, I always give them his name and have never heard one single bad report from those referrals.

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
