What I appreciated most from my experience with this company is their complete honesty. Bob sat with us for about 3hrs and thoroughly explained our options and worked within our budget. Bob never tried to “sell” us, he simply educated us on what our hvac issue is and here is what we can do to fix it.For our initial walk through, Bob and his team were at our house for over 2hrs (one of the techs was in our attic space inspecting the unit and I swear it was over 100 degrees up there). What I also appreciated was that they showed us video of what they found and didn’t just tell us what was wrong. The team really wanted us to see with our own eyes what was wrong.We had 2 hvac companies come out to our house and told us everything was “fine” because our unit pushed out cold air. After reading through numerous google reviews, we decided to go with Max Mechanical Air & Heating and we are so happy we did. Our issue is fixed and our quality of life within our house has improved tremendously. Thank you so much!

In the last year, they’ve repaired my hot water slab leak, which included re-routing the leaking pipe through the attic vs digging under my house (James Bielamowicz), extensive heating & AC work (Emmet Elston) filter changes, plumbing & heating maintenance work & duct repair. In all my experiences, Dial 1 Johnson Plumbing, has been honest, took the necessary time I needed to fully explain exactly the whats and whys of every procedure and answered my numerous questions without attitude or irritation. All of their employees, in the front office (Nitta, in my home were kind, considerate & very knowledgeable of the issue. I like the fact that I get a reminder call a day ahead of the scheduled appointment and again 30min from arrival. I also appreciated that for every need repair, employee to the time to search and find all available discounts (awareness of costs/abilities). My favorite is the membership - reasonable monthly fee gets you a discount on services provided, twice a year check up on plumbing & heating/AC systems and filter changes. I’m a believer.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

After months of backups and poor maintenance assistanceI called metro Rooter the only thing I can say is why did I take so long. If you have any plumbing problems or drainage issues give metro-rooter a call and you will not be disappointed.

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

Josh did an outstanding job. He was very courteous and professional. He examined the hot water tank and explained what was wrong with it and the cost to fix it versus installing a new one. I ended up getting a new tank and was very pleased with his installation. Josh is a very polite and respectful young man and is an asset to KMP.

I call these guys with a major water leak problem and they came out and within the hour just like they said.He had me fixed up in no time and quoted me $200 and that's what they charge me I was very impressed I would definitely recommend these guys.

They came to find out why I had a leak. They were very knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I will definitely refer them to others and use them again when needed!

These guys are amazing! I had a repair that was needed fast due to closing on my home and they sent out multiple teams of people, replaced parts at their expense and went out of their way to test and retest to make sure the repair was done right.

Every person on their team was great to work with. They were on time and worked quickly. The owner Jason is as trustworthy a man as you are going to meet. I felt confident not only in the work being done but the people doing it.

Finally, their price was unbeatable. Their trip charge was significantly less than all the other plumbers I contacted. And once they arrived, there were NO surprise charges or over priced repairs.

We have been using Fischer and Boone exclusively for almost forty years. They have taken care of our plumbing repairs in five houses as little children grew up to be some of their licensed plumbers. Most recently we had a very difficult stoppage in a sewer line and they worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Their fees for repeated trips involving several hours work each time were very fair and their work was high quality. We don't shop around when we have any plumbing need.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

We had a pipe in our yard burst and Joe Azcona came out to fix it. He was very upfront about the price and any circumstances that might change the quote. We were very fortunate and he didn't run into any issues while fixing it. He also said we could probably wait a while for a complete replacement, so that gave us a smile on a hard day. He is a great representative of this company and they will be our go to call going forward.
