Overly Satisfied with the work and communication. Chris runs an honest business, is hard working, prices jobs much cheaper than the others, and does better work. His equipment is top of the line. When doing our job He shared the camera views, explained the most likely problem as well as other potential issues that we may run into, while giving me an estimate of the costs for each stage that may or may not need to be addressed. Better then that, He also took the time to share with me at each stage if other issues were in play. Thankfully only the primary issue was all that needed his attention. After the initial call his team was out within 2 hours, and Chris and his team were back within 24 hours to complete the work, leaving the job site as cleaner than when he arrived. This included digging a six foot trench by hand in my front yard to access the broken sewage main out of my house. I HAVE A NEW ON CALL PLUMBER as nobody can hit all three business aspects like Chris' Rooter does; fare, honest, and quality work!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Needed a plumber to repair a leaky water heater on a Saturday. Not a problem for this crew. Darren was punctual and courteous. Explained the scope of the work and the rates up front. Upon repair, Darren encountered another issue and created a temp fix to keep hot water flowing for my family through the weekend until the new part arrives later in the week. Very satisfied with the service and recommend Darren and Vern’s anytime.

My Dad had a gas leak from his 10 month old water heater due to a defective controller, so my Dad hadn't had hot water since Thursday while we waited for the new one to arrive from Rheem. I surprisingly received it late Friday, and really didn't expect to find a licensed plumber to work on a Saturday at the authorized dollar amount per Rheem warranty, but Al Sr. & Al Jr. didn't hesitate. They did a great job and I can rest easy knowing my 90 year old Dad can take a nice hot shower tonight.

I had a hot water pipe burst while bathing this morning, water leaking into both bathrooms and the kitchen. I shut the water off and cleaned up before work, but coming home I knew I needed to call someone.

Remembering my deceased father had put a refrigerator magnet of a plumbing company on the fridge years ago after an incident (I don't remember what happened but I know he was satisfied enough with their service to keep the magnet), I found it and gave them a call.

As the house was sold at auction and I am moving out by the end of the month, I was a little disturbed to find out that they would have to jackhammer into the foundation to fix this leak at the cost of at least $1,000. That would mean I'd be spending thousands (including re-flooring, etc) for a house that will be ripped apart in a month anyway. However, the gentleman I spoke to, talked me through shutting off my hot water valve so that I could at least have running water again without it leaking. I might have to take cold showers for the rest of the month, but Pacific Plumbing really saved my hide.

From purchase to install we received top notch service. Anthony and the crew knew their job and product. A whole home filtering system and water softener. Oh by the way, All Star Plumbing is $6000 less than culligan. Thanks guys

UPDATE: Nelson contacted me the next day and informed me that he had dealt with Corey and insisted on making it right. Even offered to work with my work schedule so that I wouldn’t need to take time off. He got another plumber back out here as soon as he could to replace the water heater with the one I had requested. Patrick was great, very profesional, on time, and hardworking. He got the job done quick and got my hot water going in no time. The ladies in the office were very polite, great to work with and made it easy to schedule the replacement. It’s nice to see company owners that truly care about their customers experience and want to take care of them. I will definitely be going back to city plumbing for any of my home plumbing needs as everyone else should. Thank you City Plumbing!

My home warranty had city plumbing replace my water heater for me. Jorge was a great plumber, very professional and polite. He helped me understand what was going wrong with my water heater and my options as far as replacements. Nelson was also great, he helped me get my work approved through my home warranty who was taking forever. Only reason I rate 2 stars is because of Corey, the plumber who came to install the water heater after Jorge had diagnosed it. First he showed up one hour late, with the wrong water heater. I had requested a Bradford White self flushing water heater and he showed up with an American standard water heater. When I brought it up he proceeded to lie to me and tell me that water heaters do not flush themselves, that whoever told me that didn’t know what they were talking about. Once I showed him the exact model number of the water heater I requested, he changed his answer from water heaters like that don’t exist to to “oh yes, we have one, but it’s at the shop” and began talking trash on his coworker who had diagnosed my water heater and his company saying that “it’s not his fault because he wasn’t the one that diagnosed it”. he then started to tell me how bad the one he was installing was and how I should sell my house as soon as I could after installing that one. He said he could return the next day to install the bradford white I had requested. I told him no, To install the one he already had with him because I can’t afford to take more time off of work for another appointment. Overall, Corey was untrustworthy and unprofessional, but everyone else i dealt with was great.

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.

American Home Shield assigned them to me. Eric finally came out a week later to tell me they could not perform the work without tearing out an access hole in my wall. I could never get hold of them again, called three times, they never returned my calls. Premier Plumbing came out & performed the job without cutting a hole in my wall. I am cancelling AHS. Worthless!
