American Home Sheild assigned this business for my leaking toilet. He never called. I left voicemails and he still never called. I spent over an hour on the phone with AHS for a new plumber. What a joke! He finally came, spent 5 minutes and basically lied. AHS denied my claim. Absolutely frustrating and awful experience! I also cancelled my contract with AHS.

If you have been assigned this company through American Home Shield, please call them immediately to reassign you to another company! The tech came out for a reported gas leak and improperly documented the issue as a fireplace issue when in fact the gas valve that is leaking is located 3 feet away from the fireplace. I agree with the other reviews, this company just wants to get their service fee and does everything not to do the work needed. American Home Shield has re-assigned another company.

American Home Shield assigned them to me. Eric finally came out a week later to tell me they could not perform the work without tearing out an access hole in my wall. I could never get hold of them again, called three times, they never returned my calls. Premier Plumbing came out & performed the job without cutting a hole in my wall. I am cancelling AHS. Worthless!

Don't let these people come out. I want to thank Simon for coming out and being a complete liar. Telling me he would call my home warranty and he would call me back within 24 hours. Useless

Never use them. Sent to my house by American Home Shield after it took over a week for the return call and appt. A disheveled man showed up and spent maybe two minutes checking my disposal. Said the motor was burned out and he couldn’t rrplace it til he was paid (?). He wrote it up to my insurance that it was my fault and I put a foreign object in there. I knew it was potato peels. My insurance was going to not pay. He got his fast money and never wanted the job, in my opinion. At this point I paid another service fee, got another plumber who came out and used a special key to unlock the motor, and it now works fine. Very dishonest company.

These guys are a joke! Do not use these people. They are unprofessional and really dont care about customer needs.

No phone number to call regarding appt. Its voice recording that hangs up in your face. Also wrong # to.

The guy shows up, turns the knob on the hot water and turns it off. It's literally just missing a decorative piece of the knob and he said a part is missing, I can't complete the job. Even though he was the one who turned it on and off and it was working. I had a leak out of the faucet but he wouldn't even look at that because a DECORATIVE PIECE was missing. Then left. Must be nice getting free easy money based off these reviews.

These guys are criminals. They are not professional, if you have AHS, these guys are only ones they will send to you here in Fresno. They are untrustworthy and I would not use their services. They will lye and extort you for more money. Our water heater went out over a month ago and this company is trying to extort us for $450 before they will install. Like I said, criminal. We have been given no formal paperwork or estimates breaking down the cost. He first said it wasa COD charge, only later to say it is for modifications. What modifications? I would like to know before they work on my home, but he wants cash in hand first, extortion.

I call them because of First American home warranty, recommended them for water heater repair, they never answered their phone or never returned my calls, I would not do business with them or First American home warranty, they are both scams, I had to have my water heater repaired myself , because after 7 days of not having hot I could get any where with neither company. This warranty companies heir sub per contractor to drag out repairs so you get tired of the phone calls any give up. Don't believe the good reviews, they pay people to leave good reviews.

We had contacted American Home Shield and were assigned Plumbline Plumbing. This company only has a recorded message and never returns calls. I would never use them again.
We had a water leak under the bathroom sink. It took 5 days for them to get there. We had to turn off the water otherwise we would have had a flood. We turned the water back on in the morning so they could see the leak. The service person comes in and looks under the sink and the cabinet is still pretty dry and says there is no leak and leaves.
He just wanted our service payment and never planned to do anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - they are a waste of your money.
