Best Water Softener System in Fresno CA

M. Sanders was very professional. We called for a leak at the base of our toilet and he was able to have it fixed within an hour. He was very clean and even took out the trash bag in the bathroom. Not only was he kind with me but took the time to briefly chat with my kiddos. Would definitely recommend Lee’s for plumbing and we will definitely be using them in the future.

Pacific Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty company. Pacific Plumbing replaced what we thought was the main shut off valve. turns out it was not, they replaced the wrong valve. we called them back out thinking the main valve was broken again. they came out and turns out what we had them replace was not the main valve afterall. it was on their second visit wherein, they pointed out our main shut off valve was located in a different area and works fine. Wish that had been caught on their first visit since we ended up paying for them to replace the wrong valve. Unfortunately, the valve we thought was the main shutoff was originally pointed out to us by our home inspector - turns out he was wrong. Pacific Plumbing was responsive and punctual.

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

The crew that came out to the house, were very nice and knowledgable. They explained a few different scenarios that could be done. They helped to choose the best route we should take. We live in an older home in the country. The sewage pipes under the home had to be replaced and re-routed.

After coming home on a Monday after noon to a hot house , AC would not turn on, only house fan would work, I called Lee’s at 6:30 at night and they were at my house first thing the next morning. It was a conductor. They fixed it, AC worked, and I came home to a cool house that evening. I was so happy, no whole new unit needed (house & unit is 15 yrs old) . I am one happy camper! Fast , competent, trustworthy service.

I am very happy with Clovis Plumbing installing a new water heater. They told me which brands had better repair records so I could make the right choice. They upgraded some shut off valves and connectors from what I had so it will last longer without problems. They were timely, very professional, and very courteous. They explained what they were doing and why. I felt respected as a customer and well taken care of. They will be my go to plumbing service and they have already done a second job for me.

Definitely a very positive experience. I had a suspicion that my system had a leak but wasn't sure where it was or the magnitude . Travis responded to my call immediately. & scheduled a service call to find & repair leak. He came out very promptly. Found the problem quickly and professionally & repaired it in the same manner. On Thanksgiving Day, we were notified about flooding in two of the Apartments that we manage. It was a very difficult and traumatic experience, especially during the holiday's weekend. However, Jennifer from American Leak Detection was a godsend blessing who had compassion and understood stood the impact this devastating situation had on the tenants and their families. She immediately worked on shuffling the schedule of her top technician who had been booked solid for 2 weeks to squeeze him in the next day to assess the situation.

By Jennifer's immediate response to getting her technician out the next day, all 4 units were able to have the water turned back on that day after having no running water for nearly 5 days.

Joe installed a water heater for me about 2 years ago and I had a general question about plumbing, so I emailed him and Joe responded right away with a very thorough answer. Even though he knew my question wasn't going to lead to another job, he took the time to help me out. Very appreciative of Joe for taking the time to respond!

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
