We had an appointment for a check up on 7/17. The office called to say there was a cancellation and we could be seen today. This worked out great and Mark showed up promptly and was professional and friendly. He changed the filters and cleaned the coils along with an inspection. This is the first time using Lee's air, but now will be a regular customer.

I'm a tough sell and a firm believer in good old fashioned customer service and they passed with flying colors. They were an absolute delight to do business with and I highly recommend them.
My Dad had a gas leak from his 10 month old water heater due to a defective controller, so my Dad hadn't had hot water since Thursday while we waited for the new one to arrive from Rheem. I surprisingly received it late Friday, and really didn't expect to find a licensed plumber to work on a Saturday at the authorized dollar amount per Rheem warranty, but Al Sr. & Al Jr. didn't hesitate. They did a great job and I can rest easy knowing my 90 year old Dad can take a nice hot shower tonight.

Outstanding service and most importantly honest work. I had few representatives diagnosing the wrong problem and would likely cost thousands to repair the leak. Johnny T. Actually did the work and found the leak to be a minor repair compared to others. I have no knowledge of leak repairs and so glad that he did not blindsided me like others. I wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone regarding leaks and other repairs.
