They were very professional and courteous. They were able to make it out to my house same day I called them. Being that it was the first hot week of the summer I was very impressed. Ryan came out Monday night and was back Wednesday morning with brand new unit and had it installed in under two hours. I would highly recommend them.

We had a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, the office misunderstood the needed services. When the young man came he said it would be double the price we were quoted.

We have already used their services twice and without a doubt will use them again in the future. They are professional, friendly, knowledgable, and have fair prices with great workmanship.

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

First and foremost I want to Thank Pacific Plumbing for hiring an exceptional employee. Tony was our Technician, he was so professional, and personable. He fixed a leak in the pipe under the sink, he first surveyed the leak and pipes and made sure he had all the materials needed before he started taking stuff apart. He took his time, was not rushed like other companies we've used in the past. He replaced the entire pipes, and made sure everything was perfect and than after all of that he unclogged the drain and he also made sure the drain was competed unclogged before he packed up his tools. We truly admired he's work ethic. I guarantee that we will most definitely be using Pacific Plumbing for all our plumbing needs through AHS and will share our experience with our neighbors , family and friends . Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Didn't introduce himself, looked at sink for 5 seconds then quoted my property manager $800 for a new garage disposal!
