The owner's son, Ron, came to the house to scope out our sewer line problem. Paid his fee of $249 at the time, he diagnosed the problem, quoted a price of $250 to take care of it and we scheduled an appointment for 10:00 on the morning of 1-7-20. Got a call that morning that their serviceman was running behind and to expect him around 12 noon. He arrived at 1:00 p.m. Then he proceeded to tell me that he did not bring the proper equipment and we rescheduled for 10:00 a.m. on the 9th. I received a call that morning at 9:15 to say that the service man was on his way over. Normally that would not be a problem but I was on my way to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my wife. Never made it, I turned around and came back home. This time I was presented an invoice for $175 more that the original quote. When I objected, the service man called the shop and then told me that he did not have the proper equipment with him to do the job. This was a scenario that the Three Stooges would have been proud of. I told him to go on to his next job and not bother coming back. I've found that communications among the management and employees at Vern's to be suspect, appointments with them are merely a suggestion and common courtesy non-existent. Ron, if you're reading this, when we first met I told you that our former plumber, one we had depended on for more than 10 years, and passed away in 2019 and that we were looking for a new service provider. At this point, you were replaced before you even began

We contacted Lee's Air regarding replacement of our Heating and Air conditioning unit. We had an appointment within one day to meet with a representative, Frank Sanchez to look at our system and discuss options for replacing the units on our split system. Frank explained the new technology and we decided on replacing both systems on Wednesday and we they were able to schedule the replacement for the following Monday.The crew of two showed up on time as promised and the job was completed in the time that we were told. The techs, Dan and Mike were courteous, friendly and very careful. They cleaned up after each days work and explained the new system as the installation progressed.We are completely satisfied with the whole process of upgrading our systems and everyone that we worked with at Lee's Air.

They came out to replace a valve on my tub/shower, they soaked my bathroom, including my antique cabinet, and left the tub where you can’t turn the water all the way off. They left as 6 o clock on a Friday and now have declined and potentially blocked my phone number refusing to speak to me habout fixing it. If you want one problem fixed only to have a worse one left behind, go with this company. I’m a single mother, and don’t have any spare time or money to be dealing with this

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. Couldnt be more disappointed! I called them with an emergency septic issue on a Friday, early afternoon. At first, they said it would be no problem and they would have someone out by that afternoon. As the early afternoon became late afternoon and I didnt hear from them, I began to worry. I started calling to try and figure out if I would get any help from them. As it turned out, when I finally got ahold of the dispatcher, they said they couldnt come out until Monday morning. I wasted hours waiting for them when I could have called someone else. On top of all of that, they quoted me several different amounts for the work. Horrible company and I would never refer anyone to them
