My senior parents had no hot water in the house and I called Franco's and they were there first thing the next day. My parents said they were very respectful and did a great job. Also fixed 2 faucets that were barely dripping and installed a new faucet in another.
I live out of state, they sent pictures to me and stayed in contact with me throughout the process. Very much appreciated.

The best home service company I have ever used, for any home project/renovation. Ray Montez and his organization replaced my entire HVAC system including ducting and replaced the hot water heater. Very professional work with attention to every detail. Very courteous and caring about your property. Even with a couple of items that came up after the work began, Controlled Climates stepped up to the plate and saw that everything was taken care of. Would recommend them without any reservations. Also, their pricing was very competitive and they offered complete assistance in securing rebates on equipment.

Before Pacific Plumbing was involved my home warranty insurance company sent 2 other agencies. The main issue was Roman tub faucet low pressure and hot water did not heat up. The first agency was a horrible experience and 2 plumbers later with their bad communication and customer service I refused to let them back into our home. After contesting and arguments I finally was able to get the insurance to send out another plumber but after proving my case from a home inspection done before we moved in stating the plumbing was fine. The 2nd plumber made the issue worse, and now we had to shut the main water supply off because he broke a valve on Roman tub that did not stop leaking water everywhere. The next day the insurance company sent him out again to fix the problem, but I had to spend a few hundred dollars to have a tile installer cut through my tile on Roman tub just so he can work on replacing the faucet, because the insurance company said they don't cover tile repairs. There's more to this nightmare, but I feel cut this short. Finally we had ourselves somewhat of a break with insurance company. After calling back on my home warranty I had one of the worse experiences ever with a rude agent for my insurance company. After being on hold for an hour the agent basically said my insurance won't cover my problem and refused to get me a supervisor I requested of him over three times. He said he's going to hang up with me. He rudely hung up without any solutions or transferring me to a supervisor. So, the lucky break was when calling back to file complaint with customer service I ended getting an agent with integrity, initiative, and excellent customer service. He said usually these circumstances required a separate service call but he will send out one more plumbing company to try to resolve the issue, but after this there's not much more that can be done. So Pacific Plumbing arrived. By the way, not all reviews are legit as they are customers opinions and some people just give bad reviews just because they weren't happy for one issue. Anyhow, I believe the majority of reviews usually have some truth behind it. The other plumbing companies my insurance sent, horrible reviews. I looked up Pacific Plumbing, excellent reviews. Long story short, Pacific Plumbing had a challenge trying to find the issue why hot water side of faucet wasn't getting hot even after a few plumbers later. In the process they fixed and replaced cartridges on two of my faucets hoping to solve the problem of water possibly mixing from pulling cold water from shower, a common problem with Roman tubs if shower valve or cartridge is bad. Well Dave, in charge of it all was definitely on track. Let me tell you this, this hot water thing with the tub not heating up was a mystery to multiple plumbers and I later found out the original owners couldn't find the issue. So to shorten this issue leaving out many details. Pacific Plumbing was professional, they didn't abandon problems, they wouldn't give up in finding the problem, no matter what it took. Finally after Pacific Plumbing was out with 3 plumbers 3 separate times and also Dave over the phone making strategic decisions, involving 4 plumbers total, the best was to come. These plumbers went into our attic and found a mixing system in the attic dedicated to the only the Roman tub. This system is to prevent scolding and mixes cold and hot water before it reaches the tub. Even the original owners of this 2013 built home couldn't figure it out, and that was after the fact they had the builders and contractors of the home saying everything is running perfect. So they by passed the mixer to my request and for the first time, we have hot water in our Roman tub. It was a long journey, and I only written of some of these details. Bottom line, hats off to Dave and Pacific Plumbing. Thanks David, and thanks to your dedicated plumbers and techs. I will recommend you and always use you as my goto plumber. Job well done!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

I am giving All Star Plumbing two stars because- I am a young female and was quoted a ridiculous price. I've had this happen to me way too many times. I have substantial knowledge and respect for people in trades positions. My father is also a general contractor and I am familiar with the time and materials it takes to do a certain task. I've put estimates for entire together before. I understand there is overhead since this is a company instead of an independent contractor. That said, 350 for an hours worth of work seems ridiculous considering it's just a valve that needed a hot and cold hooked to it. The plumber and his apprentice also did not shake my hand. Not that it's a big deal, however if you even try to pull a fast one on me, at least shake my hand and throw a smile. The second star if for the fact that this company is obviously licensed and insured, those out there who aren't young females getting ridiculous estimates for at most an hour and a half of work, can probably afford to have this reputable company do good work. I am not hiring them, but I will not judge the quality of work on one person's poorly thought action.

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
