Best Sewer System in Fresno CA

I have used Vern’s Plumbing, for several years now, for all of my plumbing and heating/cooling needs. I have always found them to be very honest in their dealings. They are always very quick to respond and they are pretty accurate when they estimate a time of arrival. I would highly recommend them.

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. Mr. Anthony was a very good technician who found my water pipe leak rightaway and informed me what to do. Very nice man and very professional. Highly recommend him as the best plumber I have met so far.

Great job reasonably price

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
