They installed the new heating/air conditioning unit with air filtration and have serviced it once before scheduled and twice on a call from us. All times they were on time, professional, polite, clean, and efficient. The last call they sent the wrong filter but returned to get the correct one. All went well after that.

Blake @ Pacific Plumbing & his partner was very professional knowledgeable went out of his way to help us, the issue we're having is complex and he took the time to explain everything. Before he arrived he called to inform us of his arrival time too. Everything from the office staff to technician Blake was outstanding. This company is the 2nd to come help, and Pacific did more in one visit than the 1st company did in 5 visits. We still need to finish the repair but I have faith it will be done with this company, we have a home warranty so it takes longer. I would 💯 recommend this Plumbing company.

Chris gives A+ Service, he’s knowledgeable, efficient and loves he job. I had a drain clog that need immediate attention and Chris came and saved the day. He’s a top notch plumber.

They have the nicest people here. A+++ business. You need to use them for your plumbing needs. I refuse to use any other “plumber” this business is my go to.

Great job reasonably price

Trying to use Premier Plumbing was a horrible experience. I honestly felt like I was robbed. They came out to look at a drain I needed to have fixed. They said they could do it, but would get back to me in a few days with a quote. I paid $69.00 and have yet to hear back (it's been 4 weeks now.) I've called twice, both times with them saying that they would get back by the next day. I seriously feel taken advantage of and like I just gave them money for nothing. I'm so mad. BEWARE!

My first contact was with Diane. She was very nice and called her tech/husband, Ed, out to my house. He was there within an house.

I had a bid from a 'large chain plumbing company' to fix my pipes... lots of tree root and build up. They showed me on the camera and said that they needed to replace some sections, jet it, snake it, and some other things. Looking at about $9500 (and that was the cheaper of the two options.) Ed came out and, for $250, put his camera down there and confirmed that YES I have a root problem, but there was no way it should be $9500.

He jetted the line and cleaned it out and then confirmed that no sections needed to be replaced. He will also be using a root killing foam solution to help too. He charged me less than 10% of what the other company bid me for. I am so thankful I called them for a second opinion!

Returns calls promptly, takes pride/ownership in/of their work, good to instruct about maintenance of newly installed products. Like a great restaurant, they are busy, and you may need to wait your turn, but they move as efficiently as possible and are well worth the patience 👍🙂

my kitchen sink was clogged up by a pipe under my kitchen floor and I needed it to be fixed asap. I called them up and their receptionist informed me that they will get to me as soon as they can and in less than 30 mins, she called me back stating that Morgan and his partner will be here asap. they inspected it and fixed it in less than 1 day which wasn't so bad considering my kitchen sink/floor was a big hassle for them! the cost was super cheap compared to the good work they ended up doing and no hidden charges. great plumbing company! I would recommend them.
