I usually don't write reviews, unless the service is horrible or really awesome! Well, Low-Cost Plumbing deserves some recognition here. We've used Low-Cost Plumbing twice before and a third time around today. They are professional, friendly, mindful, and honest experts in the work they do. Let me start with the office staff: Priscilla is wonderful. She greets you on the phone, call and update you when the technician are on their way to your house. If they have your email and a phone number on file, you'll receive multiple notices (via phone call, text, and emails, mind they'll ask you in advance if these communications are OK with you) of your appointment(s), when the technician are on their way, your paid invoice(s) or bids. So, really, you can't complain that they didn't make any effort to get in contact with you. Moreover, the three technician we had - have been great! They are professional experts and honest with their work and opinions. I wished I remember their names (my apologies!). Before starting their tasks, they listen to your concerns, examine the issue(s), propose what they plan to do, provide you with the estimate, if the cost sounds right, you sign the contract, copies of the contract are given to you, and they get to work. They're mindful of your space, time, and ensure there's no mess during and after their work. Once the work is completed, they'll illustrate what they did and ensure you are happy with it. Copies of the invoice(s) and payment(s) are sent to you via text or email, and they'll be on their way. I had a hot water pipe burst while bathing this morning, water leaking into both bathrooms and the kitchen. I shut the water off and cleaned up before work, but coming home I knew I needed to call someone.

Remembering my deceased father had put a refrigerator magnet of a plumbing company on the fridge years ago after an incident (I don't remember what happened but I know he was satisfied enough with their service to keep the magnet), I found it and gave them a call.

As the house was sold at auction and I am moving out by the end of the month, I was a little disturbed to find out that they would have to jackhammer into the foundation to fix this leak at the cost of at least $1,000. That would mean I'd be spending thousands (including re-flooring, etc) for a house that will be ripped apart in a month anyway. However, the gentleman I spoke to, talked me through shutting off my hot water valve so that I could at least have running water again without it leaking. I might have to take cold showers for the rest of the month, but Pacific Plumbing really saved my hide.

Who doesn't want an honest contractor!? John is that guy!!! He called me and after I told him my problem he said, I'm going to save you $100 and he walked me through how to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal and it was FIXED!!! My goodness, you just don't get this kind of service and honesty today anymore. He even helped me fix the issue I thought I had with an electrical outlet so I didn't have to hire an electrician and all over the phone. So guess who my new plumber is for ALL my plumbing needs and more!? Yep...THANK YOU JOHN!!!!!!!!!

Jack is a very knowledgeable, professional and great person. I had my AC unit replaced as well as water heater system changed. Had no problems since then. Jack is always on time, high quality job, and very affordable. A great and trustworthy company. Highly recommend it.

Had a leak from the water meter to our house. Corey and his team spent 13 hours , digging up and fixing the leak. Then put the front lawn back together again. Very hard work

Updated: Was finally charged for my second service about 3 months after the fact. Never noticed it wasn’t charged when the service was completed and I had given them my card for payment. Definitely not a fan of that. Invoice should of been paid when I gave them my credit care information. After reviewing the first service they did the same thing as well.

Have used them twice now and they’ve been great. DJ has been my tech twice and he did great work
