I would have to give a one star review to this company, although this is not specific to this company. I, like many during this time had a problem with my AC unit which was not blowing cold air. I called LEE's based on google's blasting reviews. 100 dollars for a diagnosis. I said it's fair, if it would be included in the repair price. They said yes. Next day appointment, thank you very much! The tech was very professional, on time. After checking my AC unit, he says that the capacitor needs to be changed. Then he drops the bomb. 640 dollars with 30 days warranty. More than 2000 dollars with 5 year warranty! I was perplexed. For most of you that have not idea what a capacitor is, please google it. It costs around 20-30 dollars and it takes 5 min to change. I said to the tech, look, I know how much it costs and how long it takes but you have to be reasonable. You cannot charge me 640 dollars for 30 minutes of work. Not event the most expensive lawyer in this country makes 1200 dollars/hour. Anyway, I paid for the diagnosis and bought my capacitor for 33 dollars and installed it myself. 5 min job. I would like to say that I called other firms and they all quoted similar prices. Unbelievable.

Work performed seems excellent. Listened to my requests for service and completed them. Very professional guys whom I plan to use on all my plumbing needs. They kept everything clean in their work - even used booties in the house. Thank you for service well done!

Waited a few weeks to review to make sure nothing happened with the repair, so I am now confident that this company does excellent work. Called in a panic as my bathroom sinks were needing repair with Easter being the next day and having a huge party scheduled. The plumbing specialist arrived the same day and completed the repair at the quoted cost. He even had to run and get the correct connections but was back and done in very short time. Great Company and great people, will be sharing my experiences. Thank you

I believed we had a slab leak due to a warm area on our kitchen floor. 559 Leak Detection came out and found exactly where the leak was coming from. They gave us options how to repair it. Would not recommend this company. My home warranty sent them to me and I didn’t have a pleasant experience. They’re very unprofessional because they wouldn’t answer the phone for me unless I called them numerous times. I eventually had to block my number before calling just to talk to someone. The only reason I called them so much is because they didn’t show up to my first appointment and I have to take off of work for them to enter. I had a no show on the first appointment, the second appointment was more than an hour late, and the third appointment was successful but it took them about a month to fix one facet that took only 20 minutes to install. Danny was the plumber that helped me and he was really cool and professional. Maybe they’re understaffed but this company needs to work on their communication to their customers!!. They also quoted me over $800 to fix a stopped up bathroom sink which I got fixed for $85 by another plumber.

Great customer service from start to finish an excellent company to use when you want the job done right! I would have gave Art Douglas Plumbing 10 stars if we could!
