Lee's Air has done my air conditioner maintenance for years. The service reps have always been courteous, helpful and professional. They even put little sock booties over their shoes before they come into the house so as to not make any dirt spots. Lee's air has recently opened a plumbing division. I had their plumber install a new faucet for me as the old one was leaking and needed a professional to remove it because it was in so tight my husband couldn't do it. Jesse M. at Lee's fixed my faucet perfectly, and and the price was reasonable as well. It was well worth it and a positive experience for me.

Blake from pacific plumbing is the best and a life savior, i called home warranty for a toilet flange repair and another company”not menitioning their name” said they cant do it we cant fix it i have to hire a carpenter for $800 to put some wood down then theyll fix it. Blake came and fixed it in 30 minutes no problem whatsoever. He also installed a water heater and garbage disposal for me through warranty with ease no problems i would totally recommend them over the other companies who dont even try and just look and state they cant do it. 10/10 would recommend life saviors

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. They were able to come within an hour after I called and although the issue could not be resolved (parts not available at this time) they offered a temporary solution that is reasonable. They will continue to work on resolving the issue as soon as possible

Yang's Drain and Plumbing has got to be one of the best plumbing services I've had in a while. I always had trouble finding a good plumbing company because they were always rushing to get the job done. Vue helped get to the problem and he made sure to let the water go down for a while longer to make sure that my bathroom tub wasn't clogged anymore. He went above and beyond. :) Will definitely be coming back when something else goes wrong !

We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

We just bout our home and on the day we moved in the sewer backed up into the house. Home Warranty dispatched someone that wouldn’t even answer their phone or return a phone call. Called Art Douglas and they answered the phone, the lady on the other end was very understanding and professional. They sent Jerry out and he got the problem fixed right away, he also installed a Garbage Disposal. I highly recommend this company, call them before anyone else. Oh yes I demanded my service call money back from the home warranty company! Evidently they didn’t think sewage backing up in the house “was an emergency “....

We noticed an outside leak at the back of our house one evening after normal business hours. We were also heading out of town the next day and knew we couldn’t ignore it. Travis from Goode Plumbing came out that evening and started the process of finding and repairing the leak. His guys showed up the next morning at the time they said they would and started the repair. We left town with no worries. They called us as we were on the road and assured us everything was fixed. Travis came back several days after the job was complete to make sure everything was good or should I say “Goode”! We highly recommend Goode Plumbing.
