Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Clogged kitchen sink. Eddie used a technique that was less expensive (about half the cost of what was quoted over the phone). He could have used a snake to unclog and personally made more money for the service a and I wouldn't have known the difference. However, Eddie (the owner) did what was best for the client. That says a lot about his character.

I called early this morning due to a clogged drain.the young man who answered this morning assured me someone will be out between the hours of 10 am -12 pm. Two young gentlemen arrived around 10:30 am and went right to work. The two young men were very professional and courteous .they answered all my questions without hesitation and advised me other services they offer like AC maintenance. I could not be happier . I used to love this plumber. Daniel always did good work, and the owner was very professional and down to earth. The last time I called them, they had raised their fee to more than $100 just to come out. The two guys who were here stayed about 15 minutes, pushed a button on my garbage disposal and told me I was good to go. They did fix the problem. Recently, I called Albritton, got much better treatment from the woman who answers their phone than the snippy one at Kim’s, and their fee to come out is only $65, which is what Kims used to be. Kim’s used to be my go-to plumber, but no more.
