The needed replacement part was overnighted by chance so Matt added our repair to his schedule the next day instead of having us wait till the proposed repair date four or five days later during 100° heatwave.

He checked for a leak in the front bedroom and informed me that it was NOT due to any pipes, but suggested I call a roof person at the first rain.
