The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

Behind the wall our shower was leaking and We have an older home built in 1950 I am so Thankful for 559 Leak Detection they caught the problem early. Highly recommend that you have this done it could potentially save you thousands!

I called Tod hoping to get some resolution for my faulty water heater. He was quick to answer all my questions and listen to all my concerns. After talking for a bit he was able to come to my house and put a new water heater in along with some other side work. The cost was surprisingly minimal and he was quick to get the job done right. He was available to answers my call after the job was done to answer some questions and also sent a video of the installation.

John knew what he was doing. The 18 year old circuit board in my Reem heater had a few cracked solder joints in the Molex connector. John gave me the board, and being a hobby guy let me touch up the solder joints. And it worked. All good, however a few hours later the heater failed again. Did I say this was a Sunday morning? Called John back on his personal cell, and asked him to please order a replacement circuit board. John told me he will get a new board and install iat no extra labor charge.Good family man, good Company,Nice experience.-Drew

My parent's needed their 20 year old water heater replaced and was referred to Clark Family Water Heaters from a friend. Their friend mentioned that Bryan not only specializes in water heaters, but has very reasonable prices and has a good, easy going personality. That's all my dad needed to hear, as he's not really fond of having to have service people come to their house. Jim was right, my father was very happy with Bryan! The price of the installation was very reasonable and he was able to accommodate coming to do the job on a Saturday. Would recommend to anyone looking for their water heater to be replaced or repaired!
