Vern’s repiped our hot water lines…recent inspection found work to be sloppy…would not recommend

I installed my own tankless water heater and couldn't get it working right. They had me call their tech and he tried to talk me through it free of charge. I had him come out and he reset my and everything works great! The tech was certified and very knowledgeable, gave me maintainence tips to keep my unit running smooth. Would definitely call them again!

The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

My company has been using Pacific Plumbing here in Fresno for quite a few years now. They have provided excellent service at a better than fair price. From the office to the technicians that come out, they are awesome!!! And I can tell you, we have put them through some pretty rough situations. Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

I am so pleased with this company! They came out on Easter for an emergency. The sewer was backing up while the house was full of people! Chris was very quick to find the issue and had the parts on his truck to fix it. Family dinner saved!!

So my parents had to replace their water heater and they took advantage of 2 seniors who live on a fix income they over charged them and they replaced water heater and parts labor and installation were told that they didn’t include a permit for the new water heater I spoke to the installer and he told me they don’t pull permits I told them that is a requirement when installing a water heater because I just had mine replaced he assured me that he would tell his boss to pull permit and they would come out to inspect water heater my mom has called several times to find out what happened with inspector and they keep giving her the run around saying they will call her back it’s been over a month now and still no inspector or phone call. It cost them over $4092.00 what a rip off don’t use this company do your research before hiring a plumber
