I called 1 day, they came out the next to determine exactly what was required and order a replacement faucet and determine what was required to repair the toilet. When parts arrived they called and were here the next day to install faucet and preform the required repairs to the toilet. Everyone I spoke to in the office were professional, as were both service techs who came to our house, in every way.

In desperation and paying for estimates of unreasonable prices and facing another week without hot water, I was going to attempt to fix my friends gas thermostat valve myself, when I saw the ad for Clarks. Hey! No cost estimate! Can't hurt! They gave an estimate over the phone and within an hour there he was installing a better name brand water heater than my friend was offered, for $950 dollars cheaper! The best part is, less than 2 1/2 hours later, there stood the shiny new tank and his friendly attitude was gone as fast as he came! Then I found out it was 100.00 cheaper than he quoted! I'm so grateful to who ever it was that did the install on timmy ave! I will tell everyone to call Clark Family Water Heaters if you want honesty and quality

Needed a wall heater controller upgrade. They came out on time for a diagnostic and identified the solution in about 15 minutes. The parts were ordered and within a week, they returned (on time) and did a top-notch job for a reasonable price. They were there for as long as it took and were very professional. Also, their diagnostic fee was very reasonable and was waived in lieu of the job.
