Needed a plumber to repair a leaky water heater on a Saturday. Not a problem for this crew. Darren was punctual and courteous. Explained the scope of the work and the rates up front. Upon repair, Darren encountered another issue and created a temp fix to keep hot water flowing for my family through the weekend until the new part arrives later in the week. Very satisfied with the service and recommend Darren and Vern’s anytime.

I just wanted to put in a good note for Lee's Air. We had lost heat and needed repair. I looked on the web for a company that had great reviews and had an A+ crediting rating with no complaints. I found Lee's and called them. I spoke to a gal named Amanda (I believe) and she was polite and helpful. She was able to get a tech out the same day.Allen (Tech) was awesome from the get go and was able to diagnose an old outdated system. He was quick, courteous and professional. He was able to give me a reasonable estimate and fix our problem right away. Within the time frame expected, we had heat. Signed invoice, shook hands and off he went for his next service!One thing I liked about Allen, is that he was different from the rest. I've had other service people try to upsell and get you to spend more than you should, but Allen was not like that. He is the type of person that you want in your home. Called Controlled Climate about a broken A/C unit. They gave us a window for the next day of between 10am and Noon. Received a text right before 10am that they were on their way. Ray was our technician and he immediately found and resolved the issue and the A/C is working fabulously! This company and Ray are exceptional and I would highly recommend them for all of your A/C and heating needs. We will be going through them again this winter to have our unit replaced as it is getting up there in years and I don't want it to nickle and dime us to death! :-) Was told that the new units now come with a ten year warranty and for a few hundred dollars more you get 10 yrs of free technician service! Service man came out to fix A couple repairs he seem knowledgeable but after he left had a couple leaks called the Company owner answered he was extremely arrogant and told me how was going to go there just out to make a buck and their customer service definitely lacks wouldn't recommend them

The service was great, but what really impressed me most of all is when I paid my bill, I accidently paid the invoice by looking at the total amount, not the total due which included the discount. All Star Plumbing called me to let me know that I overpaid, then sent me a check of the discounted amount. Never thought that would happen!! I would have not even realized that I overpaid. Very honest people! Would definitely recommend them!
