(We used Acme drain for years where he worked with his father before starting his own business.)Now we get the same great service that we are used to with Chris' Rooter. Chris will help you to not waste your money on unnecessary things that other companies may try to convince you are needed. I definitely recommend this company 100 percent!! These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

Great service. Very professional. I needed help with a clogged drain. It was on a Sunday and they came out within the hour and and took care of the problem. Everth was so helpful and very professional and answered all my questions. He was amazing! I would highly recommend AM & PM Plumbing.

Jerry, from All-Star Plumbing came out on time and check my clean out drain. He found it was okay, didn't charge me, and told me my toilets probably needed to be replaced. He also gave me some info on cleaning the drains from a backyard pond, TBD.

Great job reasonably price

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
