$95 to have a technician come out to give a quote on replacing a water heater? Hahaha no thanks.

I called them late Monday afternoon requesting next day service, and they were able to accommodate us! I was thankful for this alone! Martin was the initial person I spoke to regarding the appointment. He was very efficient and kind. The next day, Jeff arrived, he notified us that the water heater we purchased was too large. We ended up needing the go exchange it really quick, however, I especially appreciated that he got to work on removing the old water heater so when my husband arrived with the new one, he could quickly replace with the new one. From start to finish, it was a positive experience. I definitely recommend and will definitely use again for other plumbing needs!

very inexperienced HVAC person, and unethical. I was given a written quote for a new heater. I tried to just have the heat exchange fixed, first they said they didnt have one for my unit, then when I asked him to look it up he called back five minutes later quoting me over 2k for parts and labor. So I went for the heater, gave a deposit, and right before it was to be installed, Alex, the HVAC guy says oh i forgot to tell you, you need another part, that will be 500 more i said you gave me a written quote and im not paying anything more. They gave me back my money and refused to do service with me. I went to Costless, they are very professional and honest

These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

Blake @ Pacific Plumbing & his partner was very professional knowledgeable went out of his way to help us, the issue we're having is complex and he took the time to explain everything. Before he arrived he called to inform us of his arrival time too. Everything from the office staff to technician Blake was outstanding. This company is the 2nd to come help, and Pacific did more in one visit than the 1st company did in 5 visits. We still need to finish the repair but I have faith it will be done with this company, we have a home warranty so it takes longer. I would 💯 recommend this Plumbing company.

I am giving All Star Plumbing two stars because- I am a young female and was quoted a ridiculous price. I've had this happen to me way too many times. I have substantial knowledge and respect for people in trades positions. My father is also a general contractor and I am familiar with the time and materials it takes to do a certain task. I've put estimates for entire together before. I understand there is overhead since this is a company instead of an independent contractor. That said, 350 for an hours worth of work seems ridiculous considering it's just a valve that needed a hot and cold hooked to it. The plumber and his apprentice also did not shake my hand. Not that it's a big deal, however if you even try to pull a fast one on me, at least shake my hand and throw a smile. The second star if for the fact that this company is obviously licensed and insured, those out there who aren't young females getting ridiculous estimates for at most an hour and a half of work, can probably afford to have this reputable company do good work. I am not hiring them, but I will not judge the quality of work on one person's poorly thought action.

I requested they put in a hot water heater due to a leak. They turned off the hot water and proceeded to wait a full month before gracing me with a date to install the hot water heater. I have called 5 times and asked to speak with a manager and have yet to receive a call back. The Bill was ridiculously high but I allowed them to rip me off because I needed hot water. Had I known I was going to get robbed snd get terrible service I would have gone elsewhere. I recommmend avoiding this company like the plague.

They said my grandmother needed her line replaced for 5,000 dollars and there was nothing they could do. Their visit led to more problems with our plumbing. They were going to charge us to come back out. We called cost less plumbing and they cleared and out and found the blockage. They are double checked things.
