I am really impressed by this company. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and quick to find my issue. He found my main pipe was clogged and had it cleared out in no time! The cost was surprisingly low for the job at hand. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, it’s going to be Chris’s Rooter.

Very professional and punctual, gave me a quote for repair then figured out it was much smaller issue than orginally thought and gave me lower price. Easily could've taken advantage of me but did not, not many honest companies left out there and these guys are as honest and professional as they come. Will definitely use them again

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.

These guys are a joke! Do not use these people. They are unprofessional and really dont care about customer needs.
