Pacific has good technicians that seem motivated to do a good job and do it the first time. They have done several jobs for me. The last one was bid by another plumber at $8000. Pacific did it for less than half of that. I really appreciate their local, friendly and helpful approach. I really think you can trust them. By the way they support their estimates as final, not mere suggestions. You know what to expect.

One other thing. Pacific has also come out to our home on Home Warranty work. They performed well, but within the confines of Warranty agreement that limits what can be done. Pacific doesn’t control the agreement so read and understand your agreement before you use it!

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

Rapid Rooter was called for a home warranty service and they fought for the home warranty company to cover an upgraded faucet. They communicated with me to keep me up to date and did a good job with fixing the problem.
