I had a plumbing leak emergency late on a Friday, so I had trouble getting a hold of a plumber. Xue Vang was the only one to respond back. He fit me in after his last call of the day. Because of the severity of the issue, he had to come back the next day to replace some piping. He went above and beyond after the job was finished. I had water pressure issues due to having to turn the water off overnight, so he stuck around to troubleshoot and even cleared a line that was blocked. It’s customer service like this that will make me a loyal customer if the need arises.

Behind the wall our shower was leaking and We have an older home built in 1950 I am so Thankful for 559 Leak Detection they caught the problem early. Highly recommend that you have this done it could potentially save you thousands!

The crew at Art Douglas are a cut above the rest! I recently had them stub out an outdoor underground natural gas line off the main for a fire pit and gas grill station. They also stubbed out an under ground water line for future outdoor sink. Jack went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and all permits pulled passed city inspections. I was impressed with Jack’s quality of work and willingness to ensure our expectations as customers were met. Can’t say Thank You enough for a job well done! It’s hard to find this level of Customer Service anymore. I’m a customer for life.

We had a cracked sewage line upstairs that was leaking through the ceiling. Nathaniel told us to call the office and they would take good care of us. Boy, was he right. Kather and his team did a tremendous job. Had no issues working from home while they did their job! Replaced items were in great, brand new condition... as if they never got replaced. Let me start by saying how impressed we are with this business. The two gentleman that showed up were professional, friendly, and very responsive. He was here within 15-20 minutes of me calling! I didn't have to wait 2 - 4 hours!

I called because the washing machine was backing up the toilet and tub. I was really concerned, since it was the end of the day, that I would have to pay after hours fees. After messing with the main kitchen drain (I'm not sure the technical name) they cleared it, but I still had the same problem. After hunting around the yard we couldn't find the sewer access in the dark. I was worried I wouldn't have use of my bathroom for the night. The gentlemen offered to remove the toilet and go that route, he was very kind and wanted to complete the job.

I am incredibly thankful that after their hard work the job is done and it cost me about half of what I was expecting to pay. Thank you so much! If you're looking for a plumber don't hesitate to call them!
