Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Great help for us. Not only did they show up in a prompt manner, but also fixed our problem in the same way. When they were all done they gave us great advise to help us maintain our pluming situation in the future. Going to use these guys for sure next time you need a plumper.

Tod brought a replacement water heater with him, installed it quickly, replaced some fittings that had been wrong since the original installation, and answered all my questions, in addition to being pleasant and reasonably priced. I'm recommending him to my friends and family.

This is the second time I have used Quality Plumbing.

The first time, they worked on my Granville home and they were professional, responsive, and punctual. They fixed my sprinkler system.

The second time I called them was because a home inspector noted that one of my homes water tanker was missing a drain pipe for the pressure relief valve. I send Richard photos of the water tanker and he noted nothing was wrong and needed to be done. He was honest, helpful, and saved me money!

Let me start by saying how impressed we are with this business. The two gentleman that showed up were professional, friendly, and very responsive. He was here within 15-20 minutes of me calling! I didn't have to wait 2 - 4 hours!

I called because the washing machine was backing up the toilet and tub. I was really concerned, since it was the end of the day, that I would have to pay after hours fees. After messing with the main kitchen drain (I'm not sure the technical name) they cleared it, but I still had the same problem. After hunting around the yard we couldn't find the sewer access in the dark. I was worried I wouldn't have use of my bathroom for the night. The gentlemen offered to remove the toilet and go that route, he was very kind and wanted to complete the job.

I am incredibly thankful that after their hard work the job is done and it cost me about half of what I was expecting to pay. Thank you so much! If you're looking for a plumber don't hesitate to call them!

Some young guy with a tattoo on his neck behind his ear with Chinese numerals came over to my house Sunday and flooded both of my restrooms, causing one of them to flood my hallway nor did he bother to take any of it out. He couldn’t find my sewage drain and we had another plumber sent out earlier today who found it within the first 5 minutes. Guy told me it needed to be repaired because a tree growing next to my water line may have damaged the sewage and that was not at all the case. These guys need proper training in identifying stuff like this. You shouldn’t walk into somebody’s house too flood it and leave.
