When my hot water heater stopped working I called Fidelity Home Warranty and they sent Pacific Plumbing to my home the next day. Eddie and Jerry diagnosed the issue and determined I needed a new one. Eddie and Jerry were great, they managed to light the pilot and got the old going long enough so I was able to take a shower and do some dishes. To my satisfaction, Pacific called the next day to schedule the install - and the were able to do the work the very next day, a Friday before the long weekend.

Eddie and Jerry came out and did a great job on the prep work and Dustin and Tony installed the new water heater. They even cleaned out the closet when they were finished with the install. (Swept up the floor and disposed of the debris that was under the stackable washer and dryer - which they had to move in order to get the H2O heater out.)

All told, I was very impressed with their professionalism. They came at the exact appointed time and finished the job in 75 minutes. I am very happy with my interaction with everyone at Pacifuc. Nancy, the dispatcher was very helpful and curtious in scheduling everything and coordinating with Fidelity. I will definitely use Pacific Plumbing in the future - hopefully I will never need their service again! Keeping my fingers ceissed!

Being our AC was in desire need of being serviced, I called a close friend to ask who they used for their AC needs. They have been extremely pleased with Art Douglas. I called and scheduled for the following day. Steve arrived on time and was friendly, professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He asked questions regarding the history of our unit. Initially, he checked the Freon and shared with me how much a unit holds and how much I need, prior to assessing the rest of the AC unit. Taking into consideration how old our unit is, I was the one who questioned about a new unit. Steve was patient and very thorough in answering all my questions regarding our existing unit and a new one, without any sales pressure what so ever. Not wanting to put too much money into an old unit, I told Steve it would be wise on our part if we purchased a new one. Steve was generous with his time, and I was pleased with his attention to detail. He explained the features of the new unit and how it’s installed, and replaced the thermostat and set up the Sensi thermostat on my phone.
Omar and his crew arrived the next morning and installed the new unit. They were professional, courteous, and devoted to their profession, working hard the entire time. They kept me informed of the work they were doing, which I appreciated. Upon completion, Omar was thorough in explaining all they had done and he reviewed all warranties and the Superiorcare Agreement with me. Quality service is guaranteed! It is obvious Omar and his team take great pride and pleasure in what they do and working for Art Douglas. They truly care about their customers and their quality of work. We very much appreciate the prompt, professional service and will most definitely be calling on them for future maintenance AND plumbing as well. We are enjoying our new HVAC and appreciate the one year service plan which is included. Overall, a great experience, a great team, great service, and a great company! Waited 365 days to leave review. Lee's answered and responded quickly. Came out immediately and made a diagnosis: my unit was too old to repair. Needed a new unit with a rough estimate of 4500 but needed a sales person to get the exact quote. Called Mr cool and they offered to get it going that day with a 500 generic part that may not last or the exact part that would take a few days for 750. Went the 750 route and we're still working.

Tod Dale, the owner of Clovis Plumbing Services, was timely, honest, respectful, and explained the issue in detail. Over the holidays, our water heater failed. Tod took the time to research what was best for our home, give us our options, and prices. While other plumbing services were largely unavailable, due to the holidays, Todd came to our rescue! He even dug around in our dirty attic to make sure we had the proper return lines and valves. He installed a new Navien water heater that is now supplying us with quick consistent hot water! Pricing was very fair too! (Costco quoted us more than double!) I highly recommend Clovis Plumbing Services.

Called to have a dishwasher installed and they were able to come out the same day. Friendly installers, reasonable rates and timely response.

Paul came out to the house to find and repair a leak in the wall. Instead he just capped the line in the attic where the leak was in the wall. He said he can fix it for $400 instead we just capped the line because he going to be cutting a lot of sheetrock. He was here for about 20 min. He came back a week later and repaired the leak in the wall. Was here for 1 hour and charged me $1000.00. They charge way to much !!!! Don't use.

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
