Waited a few weeks to review to make sure nothing happened with the repair, so I am now confident that this company does excellent work. Called in a panic as my bathroom sinks were needing repair with Easter being the next day and having a huge party scheduled. From the office to the technicians that come out, they are awesome!!! And I can tell you, we have put them through some pretty rough situations. Who doesn't want an honest contractor!? John is that guy!!! He called me and after I told him my problem he said, I'm going to save you $100 and he walked me through how to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal and it was FIXED!!! My goodness, you just don't get this kind of service and honesty today anymore. He even helped me fix the issue I thought I had with an electrical outlet so I didn't have to hire an electrician and all over the phone. So guess who my new plumber is for ALL my plumbing needs and more!? Yep...THANK YOU JOHN!!!!!!!!!

City plumbing was called out by my AHS because 2 sinks weren't supplying much water due to faucet hot and cold knob internal parts were messed up.(have had this fixed in the past) after 30 days I finally got a service report from them saying that my water pressure was bad, the technician that came out had said it was the knows at the time and after a week I called back to see what was going on and Leah the receptionist didn't know anything and had to contact the tech, later told me they couldn't find the part and it was going to take time to look for. After bugging them to get the report we received it over 30 days of them coming out and just said it was due to mineral build up. Note the house has had a water system for years and the only problem is the 2 sinks. These guys don't know what they're doing. Stay away!!

Premier Plumbing is my go-to place for plumbing repairs. I always have fantastic and speedy service. My last service call was truly exceptional and worth taking the time to review. Our technician Robert G was wonderful to deal with. Not only was he knowledgeable with all the questions me and my wife had, he quoted us a very fair price.
