My Plumber was Michael Sanders he was very professional and on time. He explained every step to me and made sure we understood what he was talking about. He went above and beyond, his employer should award him for his great work representing the company we will be requesting him again in the future.

Two day scheduled installation of new AC unit. Fished in one. Works nice..but, found out an incentive was given for early completion from a second team to tie down new duct in attic. Dents, dings in walls, scratches in drywall around upper vents on high ceilings, black gunk on, around them. Some paint missing in hallway was shocking.I hope the incentives were not given for the rush and disrespect to our walls.Friendly, but sloppy. Hopefully the feedback helps and doesn't happen again.Explanation of new units available to have were good when Sales was here.
