I want to say thank you to Pacific Plumbing Co. as they were on time and professional. They got my new heater in 24 hours and came and installed within that timeframe. Tony came the first day to review and inspect the water heater leak, and Jerry came the next today to complete the work order. We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

We had our drains clogged; the toilets wouldn't flush and water was flowing up into our bathtub. We called Premier Plumbing after a referral, and we couldn't have been more satisfied! Sean Hickey was our service technician, and he is a hardworking, personable, and an all-around honest guy. He came on time and was professional throughout our encounter; he also gave us a lot of information about our issue. The price is absolutely reasonable. We definitely would recommend them due to our experience with Sean Hickey.

During the service visit, the technician began to cough INSIDE our house. My mom and I felt uncomfortable with this and spent the remainder of his visit outside, then left the house (which we are very hesitant to do because of the pandemic) in order to give it some time to ventilate.

During the visit, we called the company and expressed our discomfort. The representative said that the coughing was simply due to dust and debris in the air— although we had also heard the technician coughing outside. When we stated that we were still uncomfortable, the representative said that we should have rescheduled if we were going to be this concerned. We did not know that the company planned to send someone to cough in our home. Therefore, we did not know that the technician’s behavior would merit rescheduling.

The company did not offer to send another technician to finish the job.

The job was a utility sink installation for our washer. We heard the water being turned on and off while we were still in the house (prior to the coughing inside), but after the appointment, the water is not coming into the washer.

Since then, the company left me a voice message. I did not feel comfortable speaking with the company over the phone, but requested by contact form that they email me. I’m waiting for a response.
