Horrible experience! Before even working on the water heater, I was told that I needed a new one and it was going to cost me at least $600 to install. The reason for a new water heater? It was more than 10 years old. The thermal couple was replaced but they said that it would probably not fix the problem. They left the water heater off because they could not get it started. That evening, I smelled gas from the water heater so I called the gas company. The gas company came, noticed that the fittings were very loose and leaking plus they got the pilot on and the heater working! I got a second opinion from another plumbing company and they did not see a need for a new water heater since it wasn't leaking water. More importantly, their install (with modifications) was nowhere near the $600+ estimate from Pacific plumbing.

Chris is a very honest and dependable man. (We used Acme drain for years where he worked with his father before starting his own business.)Now we get the same great service that we are used to with Chris' Rooter. Chris will help you to not waste your money on unnecessary things that other companies may try to convince you are needed. I definitely recommend this company 100 percent!! Give them a call and you won't be disappointed.

Had a slab leak. All Star Plumbing came out and gave me the best price to do a reroute. They even fixed all my drywall holes as part of the price. Very clean professional company.

Cris helped me out a few weeks ago. As a plumber myself I thought I could change out a leaky shower cartridge. Well not this one, I called Cris and he was there within an hour. I went and got the part and when I got back the new one was ready to install.

They were quick to come out when I needed them and the technician was very friendly and professional.

The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.
