We've used Low-Cost Plumbing twice before and a third time around today. They are professional, friendly, mindful, and honest experts in the work they do. Let me start with the office staff: Priscilla is wonderful. She greets you on the phone, call and update you when the technician are on their way to your house. If they have your email and a phone number on file, you'll receive multiple notices (via phone call, text, and emails, mind they'll ask you in advance if these communications are OK with you) of your appointment(s), when the technician are on their way, your paid invoice(s) or bids. So, really, you can't complain that they didn't make any effort to get in contact with you. Moreover, the three technician we had - have been great! They are professional experts and honest with their work and opinions. I wished I remember their names (my apologies!). Before starting their tasks, they listen to your concerns, examine the issue(s), propose what they plan to do, provide you with the estimate, if the cost sounds right, you sign the contract, copies of the contract are given to you, and they get to work. They're mindful of your space, time, and ensure there's no mess during and after their work. Once the work is completed, they'll illustrate what they did and ensure you are happy with it. Copies of the invoice(s) and payment(s) are sent to you via text or email, and they'll be on their way. Edward and Diane were great! I really didn't know what I was getting into until Edward came by and inspected my problem. Edward was very honest , educated me on what my root cause could be, and took the time to break down what we will be need to fix my sewer line. Edward also offered to save me some money, which was a huge plus. How can you not like that. right? Furthermore, the problem was fixed within a day as promised. I will definitely use their service again in the future and recommend their business to anyone who needs plumbing work.

I believed we had a slab leak due to a warm area on our kitchen floor. 559 Leak Detection came out and found exactly where the leak was coming from. They gave us options how to repair it. Great place and good people to work for

So glad we found A1 Noble Plumbing. We had a leak in our ceiling from an upstairs room. We called Roto Rooter who charged over $1000 for leak detection which we paid. And wanted over $3000 to repair it. Called a second company and they wanted even more. Was recommended A1, they came out found the problem and fixed it on the spot for under $300. Honest people and good work. I won't ever call another plumbing company. Thank you.
