Love this company. They send out knowledgeable, respectful, trustworthy specialists who take their time when checking my heating and air system. They even take photos to show what they find and offered me different options if i want to repair. I feel like they care about my comfort and my safety and do not try to just make more money!Thanks

Jack did an amazing job at my father’s house. He installed tankless water heater, electrical wiring, and new AC unit. Customer service was top notch. If you need a good contractor that will do the job right and on time, he is the one. He is definitely one of the best in business.

Chris the “OWNER” was late and very rude. He was only here for few minutes and wanted a check for his service. He never diagnosed the problem or attempt to fix the problem. He lied to our Home owners ins. That the crawl space was inaccessible. Liar he never looked. We even told him where it was at. If you ever watch Dateline NBC on plumber scams that is exactly what you will get. BEWARE. The homeowner ins agreed that he was to assess everything and give a full report and apologized for this they have agreed to have another company come out and rediagnosis the problem and fix the leaks and blockage the we are still having when Chris says their was none. I will also be making a report to DCA department of consumer affairs.

Robert was great. Sent request to dispatch late Tuesday afternoon and Robert was here early Wednesday morning. Fixed our problem quickly. Will use Art Douglas again.

My parent's needed their 20 year old water heater replaced and was referred to Clark Family Water Heaters from a friend. Their friend mentioned that Bryan not only specializes in water heaters, but has very reasonable prices and has a good, easy going personality. That's all my dad needed to hear, as he's not really fond of having to have service people come to their house. Jim was right, my father was very happy with Bryan! The price of the installation was very reasonable and he was able to accommodate coming to do the job on a Saturday. Would recommend to anyone looking for their water heater to be replaced or repaired!
