Best Heating System Installation in Fort Worth TX

First of all $500 for something that didn’t even take an hour is outrageous. I had a leaking outdoor faucet and I was given an initial quote that I was okay with paying only to find out after the work began that there would be an additional fee. That is very unprofessional because the faucet was already removed. So if I would have said no then I would be stuck with a removed pipe and once the water was turned back on it would spew with no way of stopping it. And on top of that I would be paying $75 for a coming out fee. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Adding additional fees after the work begins leaves the customer stuck and not in a place to say no.

These guys are a must call. They tell you the truth and they complete the work!

ClearWater Plumbers were friendly and efficient from beginning to end. The dispatcher scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me, then the plumbers (Paul and Roberto) gave me a 30 minute notice they were on the way. Paul examined and explained the cause and solution to our problem and also the potential problems that could occur during the fix. All costs and time-frame were very clear, understandable and reasonable. They fixed my problem quickly and did a quality job. Highly recommended. Thanks!

The crew was awesome. We had a pipe break out our work and they came and explained everything that they would be doing. Everything was done in a day and a half. They were all super nice, friendly and professional.

The service men came on time and were very friendly and professional. The water heater removal and installation of the new one went very smoothly . The cost was actually about a third of what another company quoted to do the same job. I couldn’t recommend them any more highly. Great company and service.

It's summer in Texas and no one wants their A/C system to go down over a holiday weekend. AirCo had us scheduled for the next day. The technician arrived, diagnosed the issue and went over the estimate with me and it was fair. Agreed on the service and it was completed in a timely manner. No mess was left. Everything is running great again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Charged $730.00 for two hours worth of work and $30.00 worth of parts. It took three days for Michelle to return my call (ironically the amount of time it took the check to clear) and the response I was given was Well that is what we charge, what do you expect me to do about it.

No customer service and they charge two to three times what a normal plumber would charge. Do yourself a favor and find somebody else that won't rip you off.

They did a great job for me, and I will definitely use them again. I got a call back from them the same day. The electrician called ahead of time and arrived right on time. The work was done quickly, and he explained everything to me afterward. Couldn't be happier with the experience.
