I needed my gas floor furnace fixed. Joe and Anthony showed up right on time. They accessed the problem. Unfortunately my furnace was not able to be fixed. They did however offer other options. They were very informative and very professional.

The technician was very professional, they diagnosed the AC unit and game few options based on what they found. After agreeing on ‘my best’ option the unit was up and running in less than 2 hrs. Why are going to be able to sleep tonight nice and cool. Thank you AirCo

I think we all know the rule by now.. We don't talk about the ice storm that took over Texas back in February.. AKA snowvid. As a Property Manager working with residents during the storm and all the damages associated, I can say that partnering with Mars Services, Coni Leal in specific, was my light at the end of the tunnel. She had streamlined so many repairs for my residents and community to ensure we were back up and running just as quick as humanly possible. Coni's expertise in communication and project management provided the needed support to reassure my residents that they were in good hands. Coni, as their Project Manager, was out almost every day to ensure her teams were completing projects efficiently and effectively. We've used Tommy for ALL plumbing issues for almost 10 years. From replacing outside faucets to installing new bathroom and kitchen faucets, changing shower heads, rebuilding toilet tanks, everything plumbing. Tommy's work is excellent! He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough, no matter what plumbing problem we had. He also completed a comprehensive diagnostic on all plumbing in our home.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
