Nathan and Dylan were very professional and capable, even though I didn’t know anything about the houses plumbing they were able to figure it out quickly and preformed service with a smile.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Curtis was very professional, courteous and on time. He took the time to answer my questions and explained the warranty terms as well as the recommended steps that I would need to take in the future. The installation is good and I am very happy with his work. This is the second installation Benjamin Franklin has done for me, the first being in 2007. Never had an issue. I would recommend Benjamin Franklin and Curtis to anyone requesting my advice on a plumbing company. I had a slight smell of gas and Joe Azcona immediately came out and assured me there was no danger of fire or explosion. He promptly fixed the problem. Joe was also extremely helpful professional and courteous and promptly arrived when I needed assurance. I am convinced from all of my experiences with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing technicians, as well telephone staff, that there is no better company to service my plumbing needs.

Wilson Home Services was great, I had plumbing problems for years. Repairs made by other plumbers were not done correctly and made my plumbing issues worse. W H S fixed each issue that arose during their repair and inspection of my house. I am truly grateful for the hard work Chad and Brandon did to repair my home.

I had water puddling around the waste-water pipe in our wall between a bathroom and bedroom. It flooded the bedroom and I had to pull back the carpet and open up the wall. I had one plumbing company come out and tell me it was a foundation leak and quoted me 4 options ranging from $2500 to $8000. I had Woodie Woods come out for a second opinion on my issue and their guy located a pin-size spray of water coming from the cold water pipe at the base of the wall. He replaced the pipe for $225 and I was ecstatic. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

The plumber was very polite. They were even able to come earlier, which helped me out. Friendly people - good people. I will use them again. I was expecting a huge bill, but they are reasonable. Highly recommend!

I called Lair Plumbing for a plumbing clogged drain line. Jim came out the same day and took care of the problem. He was both honest and reliable. I will call Lair Plumbing first if I need a plumber in the future!

I don't normally review a business. But, I have been so impressed with the customer service of this company. I had an emergency in my bathroom and there was no one available to service my house. The director of operations realized my distress with guests coming in and texted me that he was sending a crew first thing in the morning. I found out that the crew that serviced my house, was led by the actual owner. What company, that services hundreds of homes, does the owner take time out of his busy schedule to help out with an emergency? This is a company that cares and will take care of their clients. I wish I could say they did a great job - but they did no job. I was rescheduled two times by this company and ended up having to cancel and go through someone else.The second time they moved our appointment, it was to fit someone else's appointment in. With our house on the market, we had a very specific window that we were clear with them about we needed the service done.Though they were apparently willing to work with their other client on availability, they had no flexibility with us and wanted to move our appointment with no flexibility to our schedule.Customer service failure.

Kody was on time and fixed our issue quickly. Shared his knowledge and expertise and advised us how to go about some future concerns that may arise with our plumbing layout. Would use Tioga again. 10/10.
