Amazing company On both sides!!! The restoration and plumbing company worked very well as a team to help me with my plumbing repairs and secondary damage!!!!

I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

We called roro rooter for a clogged toilet, the plumber was here for 20 minutes and charges us $326.37, absolute rip off. Shows on invoice that he flushed the toilet sevral time to test the lines. Lot of work to depress the toilet lever.

These people are a joke! Buyer beware, they didn't pull the permits required by the city of Ft. Worth, then they didn't show up for weeks on end to compete the project. They cause my client to fail the final inspection on the building they where constructing they are a joke! Watch out!!!!

Fast and quick service

We were caught with short notice on a faulty water heater . We had several items that were out of the garage but could not stay out over night . We called several companies. Some said 2 weeks others a week and so on . I was turned on to the number of Hawkeye . We talked to the receptionist/service writer . Just when I felt I was going to have a long afternoon besides how bad my day had already been , one of the plumbers called me and was able to meet at our home in a short time . He had good experience in addition to another experienced plumber to team up on this no notice project . They even went and picked up the new water heater , had it installed quickly and a professional job ,they also treated me fair on price . Im certain you can't always get someone that quick but these guys really got me out of a pinch . They done all work and before dark I was able to get garage reloaded and completely back together . I can't say enough good about this company , and honestly the only way I will ever call anyone else to help me on plumbing in the future is if Hawkeye can't be available . Thanks for a great job and have already recommended several to the company

I cannot recommend Royal Flush Plumbing enough, and in particular DUSTIN and KRISTI who truly saved the day when I had almost given up hope. I had an occult yet massive leak at my house that several plumbers could not find over the course of 10 months. The last 2 plumbers recommended re-piping the house to bypass the yet-unfound leak. Royal Flush Plumbing initially recommended that as well, but Dustin kept searching for the leak, even on the morning he came to start the re-piping. He studied the layout of the house and the path of the pipes in our pier and beam structure, and he figured out that there was a pipe going under our back deck which must have been connected to a sink several renovations ago (there is no active plumbing there that we can see or that was present when we bought the house). He capped the line, and the leak that was wasting >40,000gal water/mo all of a sudden stopped. I am so grateful to him for his dedication, perseverance and ability to think outside the box so that he prevailed where 9 other skilled plumbing companies had previously failed (and saved me $6000 in the process!). The entire team is to be commended. They are hard working, honest, and truly care about helping you out with your plumbing problems. Kristi, the office manager, ALWAYS returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They were so busy after last week's storms, but they never forgot about us, and promised us they would find the leak. Royal Flush Plumbing has my business for life.

I had the best plumber today at my house. He answered all my questions and he knew exactly what to do. His truck was a rolling plumbing supply house. He did a very professional job, very clean, protected my home with shoe covers, protected my floors, fix my tub valve and was in and out in an hour. I finally found a plumber that I will use for all of my plumbing needs from this day forward. My mother needed a plumber and I recommended Delta 1 Plumbing to her as well. Shawn was so nice, and I will definitely be hiring this company again in the future. I had another plumber come look and tried to demolition our shower in order to correct a leaky faucet and not working shower due to the faucet. He was quick, reasonably priced, understanding, and professional.

STAY AWAY from this family business. I called and spoke to a very rude lady who answered the phone. I asked for the owner to call me back and never received a call back. They are a crook!

Austin was honest to tell me what he could and couldn't do. Due to the way my current toilet is installed with the flooring, it complicates the install. Austin was very professional and wasn't trying to sell me a service. Once my flooring is preped for the toilet replacement, I'll give them a call.
