Trey and Danny were very professional and polite. We discussed repairs needed and final cost of repairs were provided prior to any work performed . In all I had 4-1/4 turn shut of valves installed and a leaky sink pipe repaired! Definitely recommend using Service Squad for any plumbing issues!

These gentlemen have taken good care of me. They installed a new water line without damaging the driveway it ran under. They even had a spare element on hand for my water heater. When they unclogged my sewer and caused some extra incidental damage, they didn't charge me to come out and fix it.

My experience with One Way Plumbing Solutions, LLC was positive. Currently, in my neighborhood, there is a subcontractor (I do not know the name) that is installing fiber optics on behalf of ATT. For the 2nd time within 02 weeks, our indoor plumbing backed up, causing damage to the interior of our home. We called Hawkeye Plumbing to investigate why we were having this issue. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, it was determined that ATT's subcontractor bored right thru our main sewer line. The subcontractor dug up the area, and as Hawkeye Plumbing had identified, the subcontractor did in fact bore thru our main water sewer. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, the main sewer line is repaired. Now if ATT would do the right thing and reimburse us for the repair and damage to the interior of our home. I have reached out to ATT, and supposedly ATT will contact us. Should I hold my breathe? Thanks a million Hawkeye Plumbing.

Hawk Plumbing, Heating & A/C is local to NW Fort Worth (where many service people don't like to go because its so far out}. I've had to call Hawk twice with A/C emergencies and they were able to come out right away (even answered the phone on a Sunday evening and came out first thing Monday). Prices were VERY reasonable AND they explained what work was needed immediately, and what could be put off for a little while. I highly recommend!
