John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

Billy's responsiveness, integrity, and workmanship are top notch. He was able to get the Salon Building's gas leak repaired in less time than anyone else quoted. I called this Company looking for a good Plumbing Business. I did call a few places but I liked how professional it was from the first phone call and reading the reviews. Terry Rodgers and Nathan came out now I see why people really gave a great review they listened to our concern and was very professional. Fixed our issues after taking one look they knew what the problem was. If we ever need plumbing work or need to refer out, definitely will ask for Terry/Nathan.

Our hot water heater was 19 years old and dying a slow and painful death. We went from having hot water to water that was no better than luke warm in about a 2 week period. I was forced to take cold showers in the Army and was not having it. I looked online for a plumber that had a good rating and was lucky to find Clearwater. They earned every bit of their 5 stars.I called in one afternoon and scheduled an appointment for between 3 and 5 pm the next day. Paul, the tech, called me at 305pm to tell me he was on his way and about 20 minutes out. He showed up, was professional, thorough and didn't have a hint of the proverbial plumber's crack. He checked the water heater and our water pressure and gave me three strong options at very reasonable prices. After deciding just to replace the old piece of junk, he told me that he could be back out the next morning to do the job.The only hiccup we had was a call I received from Vic right after Paul left saying that they were booked solid the next day. Unfortunately we were leaving on a Spring Break trip that evening and wouldn't be back. Vic worked some sort of magic and was able to get Paul scheduled for the job the next day as promised.Paul and his apprentice showed up on time the next morning and were in and out in no time. They got me fixed, up to code and the hot water flowing again.I'm sure I could have paid someone a couple of bucks less to do the job but I wouldn't have received the level of service that I did. Clearwater Plumbers is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. As a matter of fact, I'm going to have them back in a few months to add a water pressure booster to my system so that the hot water can literally just blast the dirt off of my kids.Thanks Paul. Whenever you use a service company we all consider normal things like cost, timeliness, quality of work and experience. 1# United is very reasonable in cost: I received 3 quotes for a water heater repair and United was lower by 20-40%. 2# Not only were they on time, they fit us in the schedule to accommodate 3 days earlier knowing my wife was expecting a child 3# All the work was done using good materials and neat installation. They also suggested different alternatives for long and short term fixes. 3# Office staff was very friendly and efficient. All service staff were extremely informative, communicative and professional.

I would add a fifth important dimension of service work, accountability. They performed a repair that did not solve the problem initially and after trouble shooting further they made another repair that fixed the issue. Then the owner called me personally, and not only offered the complete refund of the previous repair, they did the whole repair at no cost for my inconvenience!! Then, they offered to add a part to my water heater to make it last longer ....FOR FREE!!

You will rarely find this level of customer service and accountability in a service company. I can honestly say this is the most dependable and reputable plumbing company I have ever worked with.

I have had a leaky calcified outdoor water hose faucet for years. Everyone I called was quoting outrageous prices and wanted to charge just to look at it. He came out, looked at it for about 5 minutes, said he could get it done within an hour and quoted a fair price. I was super happy with the customer service and quality of work! I highly recommend!

They were efficient. They did their best to keep my cost down. They cleaned up and made sure not to track dirt or mud in and out of my house. However they do not fix any drywall or wood they have to remove to get to a leak or pipe in the wall. I was happy with the work and job they did.

Jason and Mondo were incredibly thorough. I had another plumber come out and quote me $30,000 for a reroute, and Jason came over as a second opinion and said that was completely unnecessary at this time. He fixed the issue in under an hour and for around only $200. He had a great attitude and was very patient in helping me understand what was going on. Highly recommend!
