Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

Great experience! I was needing some special help with a gas inspection and the team made it so easy and customized everything to my needs. Johnathan was pleasant to schedule with and even followed up afterwards to make sure the inspection went well. Seth came out promptly when scheduled, was polite, respectful, and even advised me on other needs I may have without being pushy. I’ll definitely call them again in the future. Thanks for being so helpful in a slightly stressful time!

With a plumber, most of the time you're at their mercy and hope they're telling you the truth. Lasiter does the best work at a fair price. They didn't try to upsell or mis-diagnose our issue to work in their favor. We needed our tankless water heater replaced, along with fixing some of the gas piping. They coordinated everything, including setting appointments with gas company and city inspector, ordering the appropriate equipment, and all-day installation. They are miracle workers because not only were they able to do the installation, they were able to fix the previous issues and get everything -- including all inspections -- complete in one day. A huge thank you to Gary, who was in constant contact with me throughout the process, from initial inspection to post-install follow up. Gary was extremely helpful and a wealth of information. I've used Lasiter once before to do a simple kitchen sink faucet install and was happy with their work. There was no doubt I'd use them again for this larger water heater repair and no doubt that I'll use them again in the future if I ever need a plumber.

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

SWAT was assigned by American Home Shield when I initiated a claim on Saturday 3/26 for repair of a faucet that was leaking water into the walls and floor of my house.By 11 am on Monday morning, I hadn't heard anything from anybody. So I got SWAT's telephone number from American Home Shield and called. The earliest they could see me would be three days later, Thursday 3/31 between 12-6 pm. I had a 10-minute, previously set appointment with my oral surgeon for 12:10 pm on 3/31, but hoped that with a 6-hour time window, reasonable coordination with SWAT wouldn't be an issue. At 11:03 am on Thursday 3/31, SWAT sends me a text saying your technician is on the way ... call our office for any questions. Immediately at 11:03 am, I called SWAT. I asked for an accommodation within the 6-hour all-afternoon time frame SWAT had set for me. I told them I had taken off the entire afternoon for them, so if they could work with me a little bit I would be grateful.NOPE. Polite rigidity on full display. They could not accommodate me. I asked what my options were. SWAT said I could either cancel or reschedule five days later on Tuesday, April 5, between 8 am - noon. After SWAT rescheduled me, they failed to alert the technician. So, while I am sitting in my oral surgeon's waiting room around noon on 3/31, I get an alert from my Ring doorbell that the SWAT tech was at the front door of my house. You know what that means? That means since SWAT technically worked on my claim by showing up even after I had followed their procedures for rescheduling, I cannot get another plumber assigned by American Home Shield. If I want to run this through as an insurance claim, I am now locked into SWAT.Four days pass, and then SWAT sends me a text on the evening of Monday 4/4 indicating their tech would be arriving tomorrow (4/5) between 8 am and 12 pm.Tuesday, 4/5 arrives. I had taken off work the entire morning so that I could be at home for the SWAT tech.8 am.: Nothing.9 am.: Nothing.10 am.: Nothing.11 am.: Nothing.Noon: Nothing. No tech. No text. No call. Nada. Zilch. Zip.So I called SWAT at 12:31 pm. (Notice how it is consistently me calling them?) They then told me the tech should be at my home that AFTERNOON. They are very apologetic but their tech had other appointments that went long. Yes, I know how that goes.At 12:50 pm, I get a call from the tech. He said he was headed out and would probably be at my house in 40 minutes.Fifty minutes later, at 1:40 pm, the SWAT tech arrives. How does the story end? The tech's diagnosis is that my house's freeze-proof faucet froze (despite me having it covered all winter). He called American Home Shield. They denied the claim because it is an excluded condition, i.e. freeze damage. In addition to the $100 co-pay I've already submitted to American Home Shield, SWAT quotes the repair will be another $275, for a total of $375. The SWAT tech is ready to make the repair now, and I am tired of dealing with this whole issue. I authorized the repair. The SWAT tech makes the repair. His entire visit and repair consumed all of 40 minutes, including the time it took to process my credit card for the additional payment.Draw whatever conclusions you want from this saga. Just know that in my experience, when doing business with SWAT, timeliness and appointments only work one way: Their way. If you don't mind this sort of rigidity and my way or the highway mentality from your service providers, you probably won't see anything to worry about with SWAT. Just don't say you haven't been warned.
