We have had these folks come out to our house twice now, both being great experiences. I can’t remember who helped us back in 2018 with reworking our duct system, but they did GREAT work in balancing the air distribution. And as someone who worked in commercial HVAC, I know just enough to be a picky person. Our second experience to repair a bad capacitor on the compressor unit was no different. Andrew Spottswood was professional, thorough, transparent, friendly and super quick with getting us back up and running. Also want to give a shout to the dispatch team members, Nathan and Jennifer for the great communication on when to expect service. I was never in the dark. Keep up the great work guys!

We had a broken water heater in the attic and were not sure who to call. We saw the great reviews on yelp for Water Heater Fort worth TX and decided to give them a call. They were at our house within two hours and had completely removed and installed a new water heater in less than an hour and a half. They were thoughtful to cover our stairs and carpet and thoroughly cleaned up after the install. Their prices were reasonable and we felt like we got a fair offer. They did exceptional work. I highly recommend.

Great service, speedy work and all over great company

We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Plumber at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out.
They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs.
They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop.

So far, I have experienced the HVAC duct cleaning, sealing and sanitizing provided by Mike and Diego. They were very professional and courteous and kept me informed the enire time. I was provided with a computer read out at the end of the process that showed the difference in the system efficiency. They were excellent and I'm looking forward to my new system installation beginning this morning.

I purchased an entire new unit from Metro Energy in May 2019. Within 2 years the capacitor went bad. I paid for it not realizing it was a part that was under warranty. In Feb 2022 the heat went out. They came and said my unit was dirty and tried to sell me filters and a 3k cleaning system. Two days later the heat went out again. They came back out and repaired it. They performed maintenance on the unit late March 2022, still trying to sell me their filters and cleaning system. Fast forward to this month and the heat goes out again. This time the motor is blown. Their only reasoning each time they have to come out is that my filter is dirty and cause the unit to clog. I change my filters like clockwork every 30 days using the reminder on the thermostat. I googled dirty filters and my filter that has been in the unit for 20 days looks nothing like the filthy filters pictured. Even though the motor was under warranty, I got hit with a labor charge of over $400 for less than an hours work. When I called to speak to someone about the price of labor, I was told I would get a call back from a manager but that has not happened. From the reviews that I have read other customers have purchased new systems around the same time that I did and their units are breaking down every few months as well. It looks as if the product is subpar or we were not given new units that we were told we were getting. I used Metro Energy for over 15 years but now that I know I can use the manufacturer's authorized dealers, I will be finding a new HVAC company to service my unit because there is no reason for a brand new unit 3 years old to be having problems every 6 months and they are constantly blaming it on the filters while trying to sell their additional products. Something needs to be done regarding these bad units. #classaction
