The plumbing technician came out and arrived within half an hour looking at everything and offering several different options. Assessed a leaky sink, told us we needed a new faucet and then told us what kind of faucet we needed to buy. I purchased a faucet according to the qualifications I'd been given. They returned the next day and installed the new faucet. While paying for their visit we were told that they would have to come back again to install a different faucet because the one he'd just installed didn't meet our sink's qualifications. To reiterate: we were told what to buy, we bought it, it was installed, we were charged for installation and THEN were told that they would need to come back again to install a whole new item because the one he'd just finished installing wasn't correct. We will not be doing business with this company again.

My wife and I own several rental properties in Fort Worth. We use Fischer and Boone exclusively and have for several years. We use them for repairs as well as helping us to remodel units. Lots of issues here with the quality of this company. Showed up late, I received an invoice 30 days after the service telling me all the things that were wrong... and then stating there is a $45 late fee for not paying within 30 days. The plumber never fixed what he was asked to do. I got no communication on the repairs at all until I got the invoice. They said they had to get rid of that plumber. They have $12.50 fee for fuel charge. They charge 3.5% for using a credit card. Charge a $1 city tax fee? Then on top of that the plumber sat in the driveway and charge an extra 7 minutes to type up notes which equated to round up the fees to 1.25 hours instead of 1, an extra $38.50. Instead of making it right they argue with you over email. Not using this company ever again.

Our pipes were clogged causing water from our kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom to back up into the tub. I called in the evening and they scheduled a tech first thing the next morning. I got the curtesy call that Drew was on his way right around when I was expecting it. Drew did great work; was fast, efficient and gave me great advice on how to keep the pipes clog free in my old, pier and beam house. This is the first time we've used a plumber without a home warranty so I don't know how they rate in terms of cost compared to other companies, but I can tell you it was much less than we were expecting and I feel money well spent! I would highly recommend them to anyone!
