Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. I was lucky enough to get Evan Dorsey and James Cook (from Clearwater Plumbers) sent to our place to assess a situation and replace a hot water heater. Without giving too much detail, trust me, just figuring out the issues that were at play was no easy task (long story). But the fact remains, they figured it out and were EXTREMELY knowledgeable, efficient and professional in every detail that might come to mind. I cannot give them a big enough thumbs up, and will gladly call on them for any future need.

The scheduler called me when the technician was on his way, as promised. Braden took the time to address the real problem and left our outdoor drain in much better shape than before. He could have just done a quick fix but he took his time and did the job right. He was professional and informative, and was honest about costs for additional work that might be needed in the future. The cost for this service was exactly as promised in the estimate. I'm sorry other reviewers had a bad experience with this company - ours was good and we'd use this company again.

Men are quick and efficient. They came and did camera work at our home and gave me a detailed report of the findings. Cleaned up after themselves and wore mask for our safety the entire time. Highly recommend!!
