I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. If you chose them, I am very confident that you won't be disappointed (based on my one fantastic experience with them)! If I had to summarize in a few words, wholesome, warm, and trustworthy come to mind.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Update: Unfortunately, while one drain was cleared the original problem persisted. Fort Worth Plumbing Pros came out and were able to clear it out for good this time. So, my original review stands - This plumbing company has friendly, professional teams and they quickly fixed the problem. They're who I always call

We needed a washcloth removed from a toilet. It turned out to be only 6' down the drain, but the charge was $179. The plumber was only here for 15 minutes or less. The cost seems excessive. I called the day before and paid a $99. downpayment but the night-plumber said he could not get here until 2:00 A.M. so we decided not to use him. He was not the most cordial person, but he was likely overwhelmed with all the frozen pipes, and I'm sure our problem did not seem as urgent. The next day a plumber came and did a good job and was quick and courteous, but the price seemed out of range for such a small, quick job.

I had a water pipe that was broken and had a fast deadline to get it repaired. Mr. Corey came out and gave me an honest estimate and different options regarding that repair. I never felt like he was pulling one over and he was very polite and professional (even though my house was a wreck). If you need anything done I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are the best from start to finish and don't try to rip you off like some other companies I have dealt with before. There is nobody better than Clearwater!!!!

Tyler was very upfront, professional, and easy to welcome in to our home. I did think the price was a touch steep for the scope of work. That said from online scheduling to work completed in less than 4 hours and a guarantee on labor I am satisfied.

I highly recommend this business, and if you happen to get Michael as your plumber, you're in good hands. I needed a couple of P-Traps installed. I called and spoke with Carol who was very friendly and to my surprise was able to get me a same day appointment. I had several other estimates, but I was so impressed with the professionalism and how courteous Michael was until I hired him to do the job. He was on time and is very knowledgeable. He took the time out to explain in detail what was being done. Michael did an outstanding job and in my opinion is an asset to this company.

I am very satisfied with Intuition Plumbing and the work done on my home. We had two old, leaking hose bibs replaced on the outside of our house. Jonathan and his assistant were fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. They were clean, courteous, and reliable. Jonathan was honest about extra work we had that did not actually need to be done and saved us money. I recommend Intuition Plumbing and will use them again.

Our church had a major water line break and although we called other plumbers, only Circle-E responded quickly and discovered the issue. The city water line had broken and a city crew came out within 6 hours and repaired the break.
