Best Residential Plumbing Needs in Fort Worth TX

From the beginning of scheduling the service until completion, the team at Service Squad Plumbing was excellent. Loy the service technician explained all options to my wife, then had her call me to explain as well. He used laymen terms to explain all three options and recommended what he thought was the best option to save money and repair the situation for long term use. Greatly appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

John came first and cleaned septic line. He arranged for josh to come with camera. Josh came with camera and showed other problems and explained what needed to be done. I liked that he arranged for crew to dig, replaced pipe, arranged for inspection, and crew to return to fill area. All men very polite and professional. All deserve 10 rating and company needs to be proud of their team.

This company was phenomenal. They were the only company that could guarantee us an on call appointment during the holiday weekend and got to us fast. Our technician was Michael and he was VERY upfront about expectations and the possibility of worse case scenario. He was so kind and willing to sit with us and answer our million questions. We never felt rushed or dumb. He also gave us other information about resources in regards to flooding.
Unfortunately, we had worst case scenario but he reassured us they would be able to fix it. Honesty, transparency, and the willingness to assist means more than anything. We haven’t had it repaired yet but I have full faith in their services.

Everyone did a great job. Terry was able to keep my tenant happy by running a snake and clearing the mainline. He kept in touch with me to let me know what was going on, and offered services to help me from having the problem again. Monica was great to talk to you and very helpful, she actually called me back after initially not finding a time available for today and she got me all set up. I had Terry Working on the job within an hour I think, job well done everyone

I contacted ClearWater Plumbers after my plumbing system became clogged. I found them on Google. From the first contact they were professional and seemed interested in helping to solve my problem. Excellent customer service. My technician, Gary A, was the sweetest and most considerate plumber. He was extra careful when handling doors, always polite, and let me fully explain the issue before giving his expertise. He even wore a mask the entire time. He was also incredibly thorough by checking the front AND the back for clean outs and testing the plumbing before he left. I work from home and was in the middle of a meeting but he was so patient. I kept apologizing because my two dogs were barking while the was talking and he never complained. He even offered to check my water heater, explained the way my plumbing system worked and discussed possible replacements for my low flow toilets. If ever I need plumbing service again I will be requesting him. I’m so thankful I found this place.

Busby Plumbing Fort Worth came all the way to Little Elm to repair a job that I thought was going to be small, but there was nothing small about it. They were very professional, knowledgeable, personable, reasonable for the size of the job, and all the other good adjectives you can think of to describe someone fits this company. We have used Hawk for many years for all our Air conditioning and heating needs. Soon it will be time for a new unit, and they will also be the ones we trust to do the job. Everyone at Hawk is courteous, patient, and understanding. I recommend Hawk to anyone that asks me about a plumber or heating and air repairman.

This was my first and last time using this company through my home warranty, they were very unresponsive, uncoordinated and simply unreliable. I had to continuously had to contact them for a status on my work order with no different result each time. In the end they decide to transfer my work order for some undisclosed reason. In my personal opinion I would stay away from intuition plumbing servicing your home.

They are true professionals

I had water puddling around the waste-water pipe in our wall between a bathroom and bedroom. It flooded the bedroom and I had to pull back the carpet and open up the wall. I had one plumbing company come out and tell me it was a foundation leak and quoted me 4 options ranging from $2500 to $8000. I had Woodie Woods come out for a second opinion on my issue and their guy located a pin-size spray of water coming from the cold water pipe at the base of the wall. He replaced the pipe for $225 and I was ecstatic. I will definitely use them again whenever I have a plumbing issue.

I have used these guys a few times now and they are amazing. Top quality work at a reasonable price. I will NEVER use anyone else!

I hired this plumber to install a new tap. He came in on time and got the job done with minimal fuss. I would hire them again for future plumbing jobs.

We've had Ken Smith do several large (and a couple small) jobs over the past few years. Ken is very professional, knows his stuff inside and out, and is up front. He won't be the cheapest, but if you need expertise, I'd certainly recommend Ken and TCPC .
